全球疫情升级！世卫组织：韩国、意大利、伊朗和日本最令人担忧

新冠肺炎疫情在多国持续蔓延。据世卫组织最新报告，截至欧洲中部时间3月2日上午10时（北京时间17时），中国境外共64个国家确诊新冠肺炎8774例，死亡共计128例。

Outside China, the total number of coronavirus cases now tops 8,774 across 64 countries, including 128 deaths, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

▌世卫组织：韩国、意大利、伊朗和日本的情况最令人担忧

当地时间3月2日，世卫组织召开新冠肺炎疫情例行发布会，会上世卫组织总干事谭德塞表示，目前中国新冠肺炎新增病例数持续下降，而过去24小时内中国境外新增病例数几乎是中国境内新增病例数的9倍。

The number of new coronavirus cases outside China was almost 9 times higher than that inside the country over the last 24 hours, the head of the WHO said Monday.

谭德塞表示，韩国、意大利、伊朗和日本的情况最令人担忧，其中韩国新冠肺炎病例数占中国境外总病例数的一半。

The spread of COVID-19 in South Korea, Italy, Iran and Japan has become the greatest concern, WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said at a daily briefing. About 81% of cases outside China are from the four countries, Tedros said.

South Korea has more than half of all cases outside China, Tedros said.

世卫组织已派团队抵达伊朗支持当地开展防疫措施，目前世卫组织驻伊朗办事处也有一名员工确诊，症状轻微。

▌韩国累计确诊4812例，死亡29人

据韩国卫生部门消息，从当地时间2日下午4点至3日0点，韩国新增477例新冠肺炎确诊病例，累计确诊病例升至4812例，死亡29例。

South Korea confirmed 477 more cases of the COVID-19 on Tuesday, raising the total number of infections to 4,812.

此外，新天地教会的创始人李万熙2日下午举行记者会，代表新天地教会的信徒为新冠病毒在韩国迅速传播而向公众道歉。

The head of the Sincheonji Church of Jesus apologized to the public Monday.

“I would like to offer my sincere apology to the people on behalf of our members,” Lee Man-hee, founder of the church, said at a press briefing held outside the sect’s building in Gapyeong, Gyeonggi Province.

李万熙还表示，将全力配合政府工作，共同抗击疫情。李万熙2月28日接受了新冠病毒检测，结果呈阴性。

The 88-year-old leader bowed on his knees twice and pledged full support to cooperate with the government in combating the spread of the virus in the televised press conference.

▌日本累计确诊980例， “钻石公主号”新增1例确诊病例

截至当地时间2日晚上九点，日本的新冠肺炎感染者共计980人，其中包括在日本国内的感染者和中国游客等260人，“钻石公主”号邮轮的乘客和乘务人员706人，以及乘坐日本政府包机回到日本国内的14人。其中在日本本土感染新冠肺炎死亡的有6人，在“钻石公主”号邮轮上感染新冠肺炎死亡的有6人，共计死亡人数达到12人。

In Japan, as of Monday, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases has risen to 980, with 706 of them stemming from the virus-hit Diamond Princess cruise ship quarantined in the port city of Yokohama.
Twelve people have died, including six from the cruise ship.

▌意大利累计确诊2036例，52例死亡

当地时间3月2日18时，意大利民防部门负责人、新冠病毒应急委员会专员安杰洛·博雷利在例行疫情通报中表示，意大利累计确诊2036例新型冠状病毒感染肺炎病例。其中，现存病例1835例，较前一天增加258例；死亡病例累计52例，较前一天增加18例；累计149例治愈，较前一天增加66例。

The death toll from Italy’s coronavirus outbreak has risen to 52, an increase of 18 since Sunday, as the number of confirmed cases in Europe’s worst-hit country rose to 1,835, the head of Italy's civil protection department Angelo Borrelli told a press conference on Monday evening.

博雷利表示，意大利已对23300人进行了新冠病毒检测筛查。

Italy has carried out more than 23,300 swab tests for coronavirus so far.

另外，意大利目前确诊病例最多的伦巴第大区在当天举行的官方新闻发布会上宣布，该大区经济发展部门的负责人亚历山德罗·马汀佐利经检测呈新冠病毒感染阳性。目前，伦巴第大区政府的主要官员都已开始进行新冠病毒检测筛查。

▌伊朗累计确诊1501例，世卫组织代表抵达

据伊朗卫生部最新消息，截至3月2日中午，伊朗共确诊新冠肺炎病例1501例，其中291例康复，66例死亡。目前有疑似病例4312例。

In Iran, COVID-19 death toll has risen to 66 as of Monday, with a total of 1,501 people having been affected and 291 of them recovered, according to Iran's health authority.

据伊朗纳西姆通讯社2日报道，一架装载了世卫组织援助物资的飞机抵达伊朗伊玛目霍梅尼国际机场。世卫组织代表也随同抵达德黑兰，以评估目前伊朗新冠肺炎疫情状况。此架飞机上装有7.5吨医疗用品和设备，可供15000人使用。其中还包括一批新冠病毒检测试剂，可供10万人使用。

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus announced Monday that a WHO team had arrived in Iran on Monday afternoon to deliver supplies and support the government in the response.

当地时间3月2日，伊朗外交部长扎里夫在社交媒体发文称，目前伊朗急需医疗物资，包括N95口罩和一次性口罩、呼吸机、手术服、新冠肺炎检测试剂盒、防护面罩及防护服等。

▌美国死亡人数增加到6人

据美国《华盛顿邮报》最新报道，美国华盛顿州卫生部门官员确认，该州2日又确认4名新冠病毒死亡病例，美国因新冠病毒感染而死亡人数增加到6人，全部来自西部华盛顿州金县的同一家医院，且年龄均为50岁以上老年人。

Washington state announced four more coronavirus deaths on Monday, bringing the total death toll in the United States to six, officials said.

当地时间3月2日傍晚，美国副总统彭斯举行白宫新闻发布会。他说，疫情在美国的暴发风险依然较低。相关疫苗临床实验或6周后开始。

Vice President Pence assured Americans Monday that “the risk is still low” for being infected with coronavirus.
While testing for a vaccine could begin as soon as six weeks from now, that would not be ready before next year, he added.

▌外交部：中方将积极开展抗疫国际和地区合作

在3月2日举行的外交部例行记者会上，有记者提问：

据报道，世界卫生组织总干事谭德塞28日表示，该组织将新冠肺炎在全球的传播和影响风险级别上调至“非常高”（very high）。请问中方对当前新冠肺炎疫情在海外扩散蔓延形势有何评论？

对此，外交部发言人赵立坚表示：

我们注意到有关的报道。中方正密切关注全球新冠肺炎疫情发展的形势，对部分疫情加剧的国家目前面临的困难感同身受。新冠肺炎疫情是全人类面临的共同挑战，需要国际社会通力合作，携手应对。

We have noted relevant reports. China is closely following the global developments of the COVID-19 epidemic. We relate to the difficulties some countries are going through as the situation there is getting more severe. The virus is a common challenge for humanity which calls for the joint response by the international community.
