高考生情绪失控撕毁别人答题卡，官方通报来了！
9日中午，针对网络热传的河南一高考考生撕毁同场考生答题卡事件，平顶山市招生考试委员会办公室进行了通报：
7月8日11时25分，高考文科综合/理科综合科目考试将要结束时，平顶山市一中考点一考生突然情绪失控，先后抓其右边、后边考生答题卡，造成两位考生答题卡损毁。
考场两位监考教师及时制止，并稳定了考场秩序，市一中考点按程序启用备用答题卡，按规定补足答题卡被损毁的两位考生耽误的考试时间，两位考生将损毁卡的内容誊写在新答题卡上。
目前，平顶山市招考办已将损毁其他考生答题卡的考生违规情况上报河南省招生办公室，将依规对该考生进行处理。
A female student who tore up the answer sheets of two classmates in the national college entrance examination, or gaokao, in Pingdingshan city, will receive the punishment, the Higher Education Admissions Office of Henan province said on Thursday.
据悉，教育部发布并于2012年4月1日起施行的《国家教育考试违规处理办法》规定，考生在考试过程中有“故意销毁试卷、答卷或者考试材料的”行为，“应当认定为考试作弊”。“其所报名参加考试的各阶段、各科成绩无效；参加高等教育自学考试的，当次考试各科成绩无效。”
Based on regulations introduced by the Ministry of Education for handling violations of national education examinations, the test scores of the student will be canceled.
The regulation stipulates that the examinees who intentionally destroy or tear up test papers, answer sheets or test materials in the examination process should be identified as cheaters, and their test scores at all stages and in all subjects in the examination are voided. The scores of such students who take part in the self-study examinations for higher education are invalidated in all subjects.
The measures took effect in 2012.
