一、基本条件
Basic Requirements for Applicants
1.年满18周岁
Should be at least 18 years old
2.身体健康
Be in good health
3.无犯罪记录
Have no criminal record
4.境内有确定的用人单位，具有从事其工作所必需的专业技能或相适应的知识水平
Have a definite employer in China, and have the necessary professional skills and knowledge
二、外国人来华工作许可A、B、C 如何分类
China Work Permits:
Are You an A, B, or C Tier Talent？
1.外国高端人才（A 类） 是指海南省经济社会发展急需的科学家、科技领军人才、国际企业家、专门特殊人才等“高精尖缺”外国人。外国高端人才（A类）年龄不受限制。
High-end Foreign talents (Tier A) refer to “highly-skilled and scarce”foreign talents such as scientists, scientific and technological leaders, international entrepreneurs,and unique talents that are urgently needed for the economic and social development of Hainan province.There is no restriction on the age of high-end foreign talents (Tier A).
2.外国专业人才（B 类） 是指属于本省经济社会发展急需，具有学士学位或具有专业资格证书的外国人才。外国专业人才（B类）年龄不受限制。
Foreign professionals (Tier B) refer to foreign talents that are urgently needed to develop economic and social undertakings in the province and have a bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification certificate. There is no restriction on the age of high-end foreign talents (Tier B).
3.其他外国人员（C 类） 是指根据国家政策规定，结合海南省自贸区（港）建设所需，满足劳动力市场需求的各类技能实用型人员，年龄不超过65周岁。
Other foreign personnel(Tier C) refers to various types of skilled and hands-on personnel that meet the needs of the labor market in accordance with national policies and regulations, in combination with the province’s free trade port construction requirements, and should not be more than 65 years old.
三、外国人来华工作许可只需提交7份材料

2.工作资历证明
Job qualification certificate
3.体检证明
Medical certificate (except for foreigners who already have a valid residence permit)
4.聘用合同、任职证明或政府委托书
Employment contract, employment certificate,or government authorisation letter
5.护照，签证或有效居留证件
Passport, visa or valid residence permit
6.最高学位（学历）证书或相关批准文书
Certificate(diploma)of highest academic degree or relevant vocational qualification certificate
7.无犯罪记录证明
Non-criminal record certificate
四、外国人来华工作许可：关于办理流程
China Work Permits: About the process
1.用人单位或委托专门机构在“外国人来华工作管理服务系统”注册账号，在线提交许可申请。
↓
2.在中国驻外使领馆申请Z字签证、F字签证或R字签证。
↓
3.外国人凭有效签证入境后15日内，用人单位在线申领《外国人工作许可证》，并到所在地外国人工作管理部门领取证件。
↓
4.外国人凭有效签证入境后30日内，需到用人单位所在地公安机关出入境管理机构办理工作类居留证件。

1.Apply online from outside China for a Foreigner’s Work Permit Notice.

2.Apply for Z Visa, F Visa or R Visa at a Chinese embassy or consulate.
↓
3.Within 15 days after the entry of foreigners by effective visa, employers need to apply for Work Permit for Foreigners online and collect certificates at the administration department for foreigner’s work of the place where the employer is located.

4.Within 30 days after the entry of foreigners by effective visa, employees need to apply to the public security bureau’s entry-exit administrative body for work-type residence certificates.
