有时作品反应了梦中的潜意识， 有的时候则来源于一个突然的灵感，有的时候随意下笔后最终形成了一个作品， 才发现它与当时的心绪相呼应。
Inspirations coming from dreams that she saw in front of her forehead, coming in as lines and figures which are mysterious and illusive, could be either clear or blurred, and sometimes, they are just concepts.
清洗
Cleansing
用水来清洁自我，
也许去除了身体的污垢，
但是达到什么样的程度才是彻底的洁净？
或是感觉到彻底洁净？
Here I have created a semi-expressionist,
semi-figurative surreal expressionist piece.
My dreams are brought to reality with
a visual of an empty dark public shower room，
within which four digitalized figuratives are
cleansing themselves.

Mother & Child By The River
在紧挨着密林的河流旁边，
一个妈妈在紧张地关注着她藏在从林中的孩子。
A mother is standing by a river and
watching out for her son in a dense forest.
We hold opportunities and hopes in
every minute along the life time,
but fear and unxiety are also
coming along the way.

夏日的闪电
Summer Lighting
在夏日的雨夜里，
我喜爱凝视远方的天空，
看云层中的闪电不断地照亮夜空。
而在同样昏暗的梦境中，
一个人迈着神经质的步子，
在一条灰色的路上，
隅隅独行。
Holding in awe and veneration to
the lightning
in a summer night
makes a man
walking in a neurotic gesture.

I am going to give you everything
我们从小被亲人喂养长大，
在身体被滋养的同时，
心理上是否也得到了足够的看护？
We have been raised by our parents since childhood.
While we are nourished physically,
have we also received the right nursing spiritually?

在被运转的城市机器的轰鸣中感到迷失。
While pursueing a challenging life in the materialized world,
modern women are feeling lost in the roaring of the operating magnificent city machines.

「飞路Flyway中英精神健康艺术展」是以精神健康公共教育为目的公益艺术展览。该项目由中国的非营利组织刺鸟栖息地（A Perch for the Thorn Birds）和英国的社会企业Artlink Central（艺术共链·中央区）联合举办。活动向职业艺术家和素人创作者开放，同时积极鼓励有精神困扰人士参与投稿并为有需要人士提供小额资助。项目于2021年8月开始在中国上海和英国苏格兰福特谷皇家医院就精选作品进行线上线下展览，同期举办一系列活动，促进行业交流，激发公众创造力，提高社会精神健康意识。「飞路Flyway」旨在创造一个安全开放的精神健康话题讨论场所，期待每一个愿意讲述和聆听的人。

精神健康艺术团体。以超越学科的视角看待精神健康议题，身体力行促进知识和经验的生产， 秉持社会正义的理念， 探索多元介入的可能。开展同伴教育、 互助团体、 讲座沙龙等经典项目， 也通过影像研习、 影像制作、 戏剧演出、艺术展览等各种艺术创新方式进行精神健康大众传播。连续五年举办精神健康艺术展览。与多所高校合作， 组织教学和培训。曾获北京尚善公益基金会、 706空间青年基金、 银杏基金会、 爱德基金会支持。
