第24届冬奥会将于2022年2月4日在北京隆重开幕，为了迎接北京冬奥会胜利召开，“语言服务研究院”公众号开办“迎冬奥特别发布”栏目，将陆续推出冬奥会冰雪运动项目的术语及项目知识，敬请关注！

冬奥会设有15个竞赛分项：短道速滑、速度滑冰、花样滑冰、冰球、冰壶、雪车、钢架雪车、雪橇、冬季两项、高山滑雪、自由式滑雪、单板滑雪、跳台滑雪、越野滑雪、北欧两项。其中，冰上项目占5分项，雪上项目占10分项。

北欧两项是由越野滑雪和跳台滑雪组成的比赛，起源于19世纪。在第一届冬季奥运会便被列入正式比赛项目。由于要进行2项比赛，因此这也是滑雪比赛中难度最大的一项。在冬季奥运会中仅进行男子组的比赛，共由3个小项组成。

Nordic Combined is the fusion of cross-country skiing and ski jumping. It originated in the 19th-century at the Holmenkollen Ski Festival, and has been included in the Winter Games ever since the first Winter Olympics. The Olympic Winter Games feature only a competition for men, for which there are three events.

北欧两项先比跳台再比滑雪，中间相隔2-3个小时，以利于运动员的疲劳恢复。

个人赛中，根据跳台滑雪的分数排名，决定选手在越野滑雪中的出发顺序和间隔时间。跳台滑雪每低一分，越野滑雪推迟四秒出发，十公里越野滑雪要求选手在2.5公里的区间内滑行四圈，最先通过终点者获胜。

团体赛中，选手们在越野滑雪中的出发顺序和间隔时间同样由跳台滑雪的分数排名决定。跳台滑雪每低一分，越野滑雪推迟1.33秒出发。4×5公里越野滑雪要求运动员在2.5公里的区间内，每人滑行两圈，最先通过终点者获胜。

In the technical ski-jumping portion of the competition, athletes score points for distance and style. Their position following the ski-jumping leg will determine their starting order in the cross-country event. Ski jumping points are converted into time penalties using the Gundersen conversion method, where one point equals four seconds.

The winner of the ski jumping would start first in the cross-country, with the other competitions following according to the converted time differences.

5. 竞赛场馆

国家跳台滑雪中心将承担北京冬奥会跳台滑雪、北欧两项的比赛。国家跳台滑雪中心是我国首座符合国际标准的跳台滑雪场地，也是张家口赛区冬奥会场馆群建设中工程量最大、技术难度最高的竞赛场馆。跳台剖面因与中国传统吉祥饰物“如意”的S形曲线契合，因此被形象地称为“雪如意”。

The National Ski Jumping Center in Zhangjiakou City, locally known as the "Snow Ruyi", will host the ski jumping and Nordic combined events during the Beijing Winter Games.

国家越野滑雪中心将承担北京冬奥会越野滑雪和北欧两项的比赛。越野滑雪是冬季项目中的马拉松，赛道路线长、运动员比赛时间长，是典型的耐力项目。
