从疫情高发地区（如武汉及周边地区）返回或接待过疫情高发地区人员的员工落实居家或集中隔离医学观察14天的措施，期间不能外出，做好自我体温监测等身体状况观察，无不适症状后再进入企业工作。疫情非高发地区的节后返工人员及隔离满14天的人员，每次进入单位厂区，应进行体温检测，用人单位应在单位厂区入口设立体温检测点；入住集体宿舍的员工，应每日进行2次体温检测，可选用红外体温枪、耳温测试仪等测量仪器。

An employee returning from or receiving guests from the regions severely affected by 2019-nCov (e.g. Wuhan and its neighbouring area) is required to receive quarantine and medical observation at home or a designated place for 14 consecutive days. During the quarantineand medical observation period, the employee is not allowed to goout. The employee should take his/her temperature every day and remain alert for fever and other suspicious symptoms. The employee can resume his/her work if he/she does not have relative symptoms after the 14-day observation period. An employee returning from other regions not severely affected by 2019-nCov or an employee released from medical observation should have his/her temperature taken everytime when he/she enters the factory. The employer should set up acheck point at the entrance of the factory to take the employees’temperature. An employee living in a dormitory should have his/her temperature taken twice a day. Both infrared thermometers and ear thermometers can be used.

测温人员应确保自身健康状况处于良好状态，在测量过程中全程佩戴医用外科口罩或N95口罩，并对使用的红外体温枪、耳温测试仪等进行温度修正。

The staff responsible for checking temperature should be in good health. He/she should wear a surgical mask or N95 mask throughout the whole process of temperature taking. He/she should know how to correctly adjust the reading of the infrared thermometers or ear thermometers.

对出现发热、乏力、咳嗽及胸闷等疑似新型冠状病毒感染的员工，发放并要求佩戴医用外科口罩或N95防护口罩，并安置到指定的发热门诊就医（各地发热门诊请以各地卫生健康部门发布的为准），同时报告相关部门，按要求采取相应防控措施。

When an employee has suspicious symptoms of 2019-nCov infection, such as fever, fatigue, cough and chest distress, he/she should be provided with a surgical mask or N95 mask and sent to a fever clinic for treatment with the mask on (see the list of fever clinics announced by the local health commission). Relevant authorities should be notified. Prevention and control measures should be taken.

企业员工应佩戴符合要求的一次性使用医用口罩或医用外科口罩；在存在化学毒物和/或粉尘的作业场所作业时，员工应根据接触浓度佩戴相应的防毒/防尘口罩或面罩，当口罩发生损坏或阻力明显增加时应立即更换。在佩戴口罩前和摘下口罩后应首先洗手。

An employee should wear single-use medical mask or surgical mask. When working in an environment with chemical poison and /or dust, an employee should wear an appropriate anti-poison/dust-proof mask. The mask should be changed when it is damaged or its breathing resistance increases significantly. An employee should wash hands before wearing and after removing his/her mask.

员工在进入办公楼、车间或宿舍后，应及时到盥洗室洗手。

An employee should go to the washroom to wash hands after entering an office building, workshop or dormitory.

针对外来人员，询问来源地、单位及接待疫情高发地区人员情况，对来自疫情高发地区或接待过疫情高发地区人员尚不满14天的，禁止其进入厂区；对其他人员，进行体温检测，并进行相关信息确认后方可入厂；对没有佩戴口罩的外来人员，发放符合要求的一次性口罩；办公区外来人员设立统一接待室，车间外来工作人员，由本企业人员陪同，不允许随意走动；外来人员原则不允许在厂区内就餐，如须在厂区用餐，采用餐盒打包到接待室单独用餐。

A visitor should be asked about where he/she comes from, where he/she works and whether he/she has received guests from the regions severely affected by 2019-nCov. A visitor who comes from or has received guests from the severely affected regions cannot enter a factory until 14 days later, after he/she leaves the severely affected regions or receives guests from the regions. A visitor other than the above-mentioned should have his/her temperature taken and information checked before entering a factory. A visitor should be provided with a single-use mask if he/she does not have one. A reception room should be set up in an office building. A visitor is not allowed to walk around a workshop. He/she should be accompanied by a designated/authorized person. A visitor is not allowed to have meal in a factory; if he/she has to, he/she should have a takeaway meal separately at a reception room.
