一、 哪些地方可以觅食
Where?
截至2020年2月21日,广州各区疫情分级情况为,越秀、海珠、荔湾、天河、白云、黄埔、花都、番禺被划分为Ⅲ级,南沙、从化、增城被划分为Ⅳ级。也就是说:
南沙、从化、增城,可正常提供餐饮服务;其余8区各类餐饮单位限制堂食服务。
需要提醒的是,各区的风险评级还将根据疫情变化动态调整,要确定各区餐饮服务情况,需要密切关注全市及各区的官方公告。
As of February 21, 2020, the epidemic situation in Yuexiu, Haizhu, Liwan, Tianhe, Baiyun, Huangpu, Huadu and Panyu have been classified in Grade III, while Nansha, Conghua and Zengcheng in Grade IV, which means the catering services will be provided as usual in Nansha, Conghua and Zengcheng, but in the other eight districts, there are some limitations imposed on the eat-in services.
It should be noted that the risk rating will be readjusted according to the epidemic changes. Please follow the information released by authoritative departments for the most updated risk rating.
二、 到了餐馆怎样吃
How?
用餐人员佩戴口罩,进入餐饮经营单位前必须测量体温。体温超过37.3℃或出现有发热、咳嗽、打喷嚏等症状的,一律不允许进入餐饮场所,而且应立即登记造册并及时向当地社区卫生中心报告,并提醒其及时就诊。
Customers should wear masks and have their temperature taken before entering the restaurants. Those with body temperature exceeding 37.3℃ or with symptoms of acute respiratory illness (fever, cough, sneeze, etc.) should not be allowed to enter. The staff should write down these customers’ information, notify the local community health center, and remind these customers to seek medical treatment in time.
在疫情防控解除前,餐饮服务企业禁止接待大规模聚餐活动,例如婚宴、团餐等。
Before the epidemic is over, catering enterprises are not allowed to offer catering services for large-scale events such as wedding, group meals, etc.
应通过采取减少桌椅摆放、 隔桌安排就餐、快餐店一人一桌用餐等措施,加大就餐者之间的距离(间隔距离至少一米以上)。
Keep distance between the seats (at least 1 meter) in the restaurants by reducing the tables and chairs, or keeping one table vacant in the middle of the other two tables. In fast food restaurants, only one person is allowed to be seated at each table.
餐饮经营单位制定用餐人员可追溯制度,每桌登记至少一名就餐客人的姓名和联系方式。
Catering enterprises should establish customer-tracing policies and practices. At each table, at least one customer’s name and contact information should be recorded.
三、 就餐“贴士”需谨记
Tips
不管是堂食还是打包,在疫情期间,服务人员、就餐者和外卖配送员都要坚持做好戴口罩、勤洗手、常清洁、多运动等自身防护措施。
During the epidemic, no matter in eat-in or take-away restaurants, waiters, waitresses, customers and delivery men should pay attention to self-protection, including wearing masks, washing hands frequently, cleaning and doing exercise.
就坐前,确认桌椅已经进行清洁消毒。
Customers should double check that the tables and chairs have been cleaned and disinfected before taking their seats.
无论是包房还是大堂,用餐过程中,需开窗通风,不能自然通风的,辅以机械通风。
Open the windows and maintain proper ventilation when dining in a restaurant, no matter in a private room or in the main dining hall. If natural ventilation is insufficient, use mechanical ventilation.
使用双筷位勺或公筷公勺,防止交叉污染。
Use communal chopsticks and spoons to prevent contamination.
同桌就餐者之间,尽量避免面对面;避免和陌生食客拼桌;避免围炉火锅、围炉烧烤就餐方式。
Customers at the same table should avoid sitting face-to-face. Avoid sitting with strangers at the same table. Avoid sitting together at a fire to have hotpot or barbecue food.
不要食用野生动物(野味),肉蛋要充分煮熟后食用。
Do not eat wild animals. Eggs and meat must be thoroughly cooked before consumption.
多回家吃饭或打包,尽量减少堂食就餐。
Avoid eating out in restaurants. Eat at home or have a takeaway.
尽量缩短就餐时间,避免在餐馆内进行娱乐活动,如打牌、打麻将等。
Minimize the mealtime. Avoid recreational activities, e.g. playing cards and mahjong, in the restaurants.
清淡饮食,不要暴饮暴食,尽量少饮酒。
Eat a light diet. Don’t eat or drink too much. Minimize alcohol drinking.
