Job Description

Sustainability Supply Chain Analyst will work on projects under the direction of Project Directors on tasks associated with the delivery of both discrete projects and ongoing sustainable supply chain development programmes for our global clients. Our clients are the biggest Telco brands in the world and rely on us to train and lead their suppliers in China and other Asian countries to sustainability best practice.

Key Responsibilities

1．Supporting the development and delivery of packaged sustainability and supply chain products such as training, helpline and case studies

2．Undertake primary research into best practice and market data with potential customers, suppliers and best practice organisations

3．Supporting the development, testing and maintenance of online best practice sustainability and supply chain development tools

4．Arrange client meetings with minimum rescheduling and all necessary details

5．Produce project documents such as interim and final project reports, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, steering group slides and project management documentation – in both PowerPoint and word.

6．Business development tasks as required such as contact research, drafting of mail-shots, telephone follow-up to enquiries

7．Assisting with general office and admin tasks

Personal Characteristics

Key skills epi Consulting are looking for in this position include:

1. Interest in sustainability of supply chain development

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English a must

3. Diligent – attention to details

4. Proactive and strong self-management skills, able to operate under own initiative and logic 

5. Location independent, with regular travel to China and Asian countries

6. Strong numeracy and data management skills
