A restaurant bill uploaded on the internet has recently gone viral, the bill shows that three customers who were dining together since 9 AM till 5 PM at the restaurant in Jinan City, Shandong Province, consumed a total of three plates of cucumbers, three plates of peanuts and 117 bottles of beer!
On average each one of them drank 39 bottles of beers, and from the bill, you can see that just the amount of money they spent on beers was 1404 RMB. The grand total was 1480 RMB.
Jinan Times reporter called the restaurant to verify the authenicity of the bill and the staff confirmed that it is all true. He said, At 9:00 a.m. on July 23, just when the restaurant opened, three customers came in. They ordered a plate of fried cucumber, one plate of peanuts, and a crate of beer then continued drinking and chat.
"At about 1:00 p.m., one of them came to order more beers, cucumbers, and peanuts, and he payed the bill. But they didn't leave, they continued to drink until 5:00 PM, in between they ordered more and more beers. The clerk recalled that the three people were not local residents of Jinan, but tourists who came to Jinan to play. When they left, they had drank a little more than 9 crates of beers, and to be precise a total of 117 bottles, and they didn't waste a single drop of it."
