Kuwait is a country in Asia, it borders Saudi Arabia to the south and Iraq to the west and north. The capital city of Kuwait is Kuwait City, and its official language is Arabic.
科威特是亚洲国家，南与沙特阿拉伯接壤，西与北接伊拉克。科威特首都为科威特城，官方语言是阿拉伯语。
National Anthem 国歌
The national anthem of Kuwait is “Al-Nasheed Al-Watani”, which simply translate to “Kuwaiti National Anthem.”
科威特的国歌是“Al-Nasheed Al-Watani”直接翻译是“科威特国国歌”。
National Flag 国旗
The flag of Kuwait uses traditional Pan-Arab colors of black, green, red and white. Black symbolizes defeat of the country's enemies; green symbolizes the fertility of the land; red is symbolic of the enemies' bloodshed, and white represents purity.
科威特国旗上使用的是传统的泛阿拉伯颜色，包括黑色、绿色、红色和白色。黑色象征着国家敌人的失败；绿色象征着土地的肥沃；红色象征着敌人的流血，白色象征着纯洁。
Capital City 首都
The capital and largest city of Kuwait is Kuwait City. The city hosts national assembly, government offices, headquarters of most Kuwaiti corporations and banks, etc.

The sea ports of Kuwait City are particularly important for the country's oil and fertilizer trade. Kuwait's Dinar gained supremacy as the world's most valuable monetary unit, and most of the city's residents subsequently boast a high standard of living.

Kuwait Towers 科威特塔
Kuwait Towers are Kuwait’s most famous landmark. The main tower has both a viewing platform and a restaurant. On a clear day, you have an overview of almost the entire country – or at least the inhabited parts of it.
科威特塔是科威特最著名的地标。主塔有一个观景台和一个餐厅。在晴朗的天，你可以看到几乎整个国家，或者至少是其中有人居住的部分。
Grand Mosque 大清真寺
This is the largest mosque in Kuwait.

Failaka Island 费拉卡岛
Failaka is one of Kuwait’s islands, before the Gulf War people lived here, but the island was deserted during the war, and many of the buildings were never rebuilt. It is now mainly a large open-air monument to the horrors of war.

Kuwait Zoo 科威特动物园
Located in Omariya, this zoo covers an area of around 1, 80,000 sq. meters. In 1990, the park was extensively damaged and animals were killed during the Iraqi invasion.

Animals were also used for target practice and reports of injured animals, hobbling and bleeding, being left to slowly die of their injuries or starvation made news around the world.

Al Hamra Tower 阿尔哈姆拉塔
Al Hamra Tower and Mall is the countries tallest building located in the heart of the city. This unique building serves as a business center and a shopping center too. With a unique curved-shaped brilliant architectural design, it is the city’s most photographed destinations.

This is the first water park of its kind in the Gulf area, it is located on Arab Gulf Street adjacent to Kuwait Towers. With towering water slides and swimming pool areas for adults and kids, and a range of popular restaurants from Hardee’s to Krispy Kreme and Baskin Robbins, and other juice bars and eateries, this park is a major draw for families.

Relations with China 科威特和中国的关系
Kuwait was the first country among the Gulf countries to establish diplomatic ties at ambassadorial level with China back in March 22, 1971.

Over the time both countries have proved their stronger bilateral relations in several fields and have signed several trade and economic agreements with each other. Both countries are still striving hard to further expand their bilateral relations.

Kuwait and China Investment Company was established in 2005 with an initial investment of KD 80 million. KPC has established its office in China in 2005. KPC has exported 1.60 million tons of oil in 2005 which is over the time increased to 14.4 million tons in 2015.

China Petroleum & Chemical Corp (Sinopec) and Kuwait Petroleum Corp has signed agreement to build a $9.3 billion joint refining and petrochemical complex in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong. Kuwait has also established its consulate generals in Hong Kong and in Guangzhou provinces in China.

On the other hand, a number of Chinese constructions, engineering and services companies are working in different sectors of the Kuwait economy. Chinese telecommunication companies are working on several projects in Kuwait.
