Update of Health Declaration Code Application for Pakistan

For foreign passengers who fly to China from Pakistan (Islamabad):
The procedures for applying the Health Declaration Code (HDC or green code) areas are listed in the COVID-19 policy.
Foreign passengers (valid visas or residence permits only, see http://pk.chineseembassy.org/eng/lsfw/va/t1818796.htm ) are required to follow the procedures below to apply for the Health Declaration Code (HDC code or green code) to fly from Islamabad to China to optimize testing before the flight.
I. Instead of the Chinese Embassy, do a 21-28 day pre-test and a 48-hour sample collection at one of the selected institutes.
II. Test criteria
(1) Pre-test nucleic acid and IgG, IgM anti-bodies in one of the three specified institutes for 21-28 days. (For example, 28 days before the 29th of September is the 1st of September, and 21 days before the 29th of September is the 8th of September.)
(2) Within 48 hours before boarding, take two sample collections at the same time at two of the three approved institutions.
Taste 2 of the 3 designated institutions (IDC, EXCEL, GCC, main lab only).
The time for 24hrs sample collection is as follows:
Passengers of CZ8140: 22:00pm on Sunday - 10:00 am on Monday
Passengers of CA946: 19:00pm on Monday - 9:00 am on Tuesday
Passengers of PK854: 7:00 am on Friday - 12:00 pm on Friday.
(3) Instead of emailing the Chinese embassy, get pre-test and sample collection records directly from the testing institutes.
Take the test at any of the 4 designated institutions (IDC, EXCEL, GCC, NAYAB, main lab only).
The time for 12hrs sample collection is as follows:

(According to different types of vaccination)
who has completely injected inactivated vaccines (such as Sinopharm, Sinovac, etc.)? Take a 7-day pre-test, a 24-hour double boarding nucleic acid (PCR) test, and a 12-hour quick PCR test for individuals (there are a total of four PCR tests)
a. who was fully inoculated with non-inactivated immunization (including mRNA vaccinations such as CanSino, Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca, and others ). Double 24-hour boarding tests of nucleic acid (PCR) and IgM antibodies for individuals Take a 7-day nucleic acid (PCR) pre-test and a 12-hour quick PCR test. (A total of four PCR tests and two IgM testing were performed)
b. Those who have been fully vaccinated with both inactivated and non-inactivated immunizations (and have not been previously infected) should use the category A testing materials.
c. Those who have been infected with COVID-19 or are suspected of being sick should complete the testing items in category B.
d. All immunization certificates must be uploaded and verified; otherwise, the person will be considered unvaccinated.
III. Time for 48 hours of samples collection:
(1) Passengers of CZ8140: 22:00 on Saturday - 12:00 pm on Sunday.
(2) Passengers of CA946: 19:00 on Sunday - 12:00 pm on Monday.
(3) Passengers of PK854: 7:00 on Thursday - 12:00 pm on Thursday.
IV. Time for submitting documents for HDC code (no need to wait for the sample collection results):
(1) Passengers of CZ8140: 22:00 on Saturday - 17:00 on Sunday.
(2) Passengers of CA946: 19:00 on Sunday - 17:00 on Monday.
(3) Passengers of PK854: 7:00 on Thursday - 17:00 on Thursday.
V. Time for issuing HDC code (uploading the required documents later than the deadline may fail in application):
(1) Passengers of CZ8140: 8:30-12:00pm; 14:30-16:30 on Monday.
(2) Passengers of CA946: 8:30-12:00pm; 14:30-15:00 on Tuesday.
(3) Passengers of PK854: 8:30-12:00pm; 14:30-16:30 on Friday.
VI. Application advice
(1) Requirement of quarantine commitment
Following the pretest, a closed-loop quarantine of 21-28 days should be carried out before boarding. A commitment letter or appropriate certificate produced by the firm or the passengers, containing name, passport number, time, location, and vehicle, is necessary when applying for the health code.
(2) Please upload the documents listed below.
a. Passport
b. A valid Chinese visa/residence permit is required.
b. PCR report 21-28 days before the test
d. Antibody report 21-28 days before the test (IgG, IgM)
d. Vaccination card
f. Commitment to quarantine
g. Final diagnosis record from a Chinese clinic (if asked to be diagnosed by red code)
F. PCR and IgM double tests after 24 hours (if required to upload by reminder under a red code)

(2) Testing prices are around 4,500-5,500 Rs. (PCR only) and 6,000-7,000 Rs. (both PCR and IgM) per institution; please confirm the final pricing with the institution before testing.
(3) All passengers must present genuine, accurate, and full paperwork and must be aware of the legal ramifications of incomplete or misleading disclosures.

The current notification will take effect on April 5th.
