导师介绍

岗位要求

1.在国内外知名高校或研究机构取得博士学位，拥有数字化与技术金融、新产业与新技术管理、国际经济与国际金融等相关专业背景，具有良好的学术表现及学术发展潜力，包括优秀的论文发表经历；

2.具有独立进行高水平科研工作的能力,勤奋主动，责任心强，具有良好的团队协作精神。

3.良好的英文阅读和写作能力，能流利地用英语沟通、工作。

4.身体健康，年龄在35周岁以下（外籍人员不超过40周岁）。

应聘程序

应聘者请发送申请材料至[e-mail]，标题注明“申请岗位+姓名+导师姓名” 经导师和院系通过后报浙江大学审批。经学校批准录用人员，按浙江大学博士后进站程序办理进站。

申请材料：

1.详细简历，包括个人基本信息、学习工作经历、参与科研项目、科研成果代表性论文、获奖情况等；

2.博士学历、学位证书扫描件；

3.代表性论文3篇以及其它能体现科研能力的材料证明；

4.两封推荐信（其中一封为博士生导师推荐信）。

工作方式及待遇

入选者将在浙江大学国际联合商学院开展工作，根据浙江大学博士后管理工作规定，通过考核达到相应博士后出站要求后，办理出站。在站时间为2-3年，工资及福利待遇按国家博士后相关规定和浙江大学有关规定执行。

Required Qualifications

1. Ph.D. degree from a prestigious university or a research institution in China or overseas, with a background in digitalization and FinTech, new industry and new technology management, international economics and finance.

2. Ability to independently conduct high-level research, outstanding academic performance and potential, diligence and self-motivation, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit; 

3. Fluent in English; 

4. Under age of 40;

What we offer

The posts will be located at ZIBS in Haining and the contract of employment will be held with Zhejiang University.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience, compliant with policies for postdoctoral recruitment in Zhejiang University.
