职位描述：
1) 负责DFT电路(包括scan 、memory BIST和Boundary Scan)的规划，设计和集成；

职位描述：
1) 负责将电路图Schematic按照电路设计工程师的要求转成物理版图Layout；

12、Reliability Engineering Engineer (Fresh Graduate)
Job Descriptions
1) Identify and ensure internal and external reliability qualification requirements are incorporated into IP/product qualifications. Assure reliability targets are met for new design win.
2) Manage qualification start to finish including board schematic design/layout, burn-in program verification during development.
3) Lead root-cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions to address qualification failures and facilitate or participate in issues that arise on production released products. Directing, performing and/or coordinating with external labs to perform fault isolation to identify failure mechanisms.
4) Perform electrical testing to aid in localizing electrical failures. Work with designers and engineering groups to isolate root cause of failures. Facilitate Potential Problem Analysis for IP/products and processes in development and R&D and Advanced Development activities.
5) Qualify new technologies developed by R&D. Assure reliability targets are met. Evaluate and approve engineering change orders and supplier process change requests along with qualification of changes when required.
6) Support reliability improvement activities through root-cause analysis of failures and evaluation of improvements. Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer and supplier issues. Define and drive product Ongoing Reliability Monitoring (ORM) projects Support Customer Quality with customer inquiries.
Qualifications
1) Good knowledge in material engineering or semiconductor material engineering.

13、Product Engineer (System Level Testing) (Fresh Graduate)
Job Descriptions
1) Design and debug of System Level Testing (SLT) Programs and Hardware for de-bug, characterization, qualification and production of High Speed SoC devices.
2) Provide product system level electrical failure analysis, data statistics, yield improvement.
Core Responsibilities:
1) Work out SLT test solution and test plan for new devices.
2) Co-Work with Design Team and SE/FAE Team to validate/transfer fundamental bench test patterns for SLT testing patterns generation.
3) Design and debug automation system level testing SW & HW for Characterization, Reliability and Production.
4) Create quality and cost-effective system level test solution for mass production.
5) Implement system level test programs and release into offsite production.
6) Formatting SLT testing datalog for production yield analysis and improvement.
7) Debug new silicon.
Qualifications:
1) Competency in programming with Scripting languages (ie, Python) and high level languages (ie, C/C++ or Visual Basic.) is a must.
2) Good Knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, especially on PLL, ADC, DAC is a good plus.
3) Able to use test equipment (ie, oscilloscope, BERT, etc).
4) Occasional Oversea and Local Travel is required.
5) Good spoken and written English required.

14、Product Engineer (IC)
Job Descriptions
1) Focus on the testability of product.
2) provide product electrical failure analysis, data statistics, yield improvement, and ATE testing program in-house validation, take charge of ATE testing program sign off and release, as well transfer to OSATs.
3) own the testing line yield monitor(go or no go command) and test spec continuously optimization for yield improvement.
4) participate the validation tests development with design team with emphasis on 1st silicon prototype sample, especially co-work with Foundry Engineer providing the correlation analysis between ATE testing data and fab WAT data.
Qualifications
1) Good Knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, especially on PLL, ADC, DAC is a good plus.
2) Good skills in C/C++.
3) Good command of written and spoken English.
4) Eager to learn, good interpersonal and communication skill.
5) Ability to work under pressure, strong self-motivation.

15、Logistic Engineer
Job Descriptions and Qualifications
1) Be responsible for customer service, production planning, inventory and shipment management as well logistic system maintain. Multi-Roles in different Fields.
2) POs management from Sales Team and make production plan accordingly.
3) Capacity booking, PO and Work Order release to Subcons, monitor the WIPs and report to manager regularly.
4) Support customer’s inventory and delivery plan as well additional custom clearance request.
5) Internal logistic system maintain, such as PO, WO, invoice, payment registration and so on, better pre-plan/construct each kind of spreadsheets for future SAP building.
6) Take charge of monthly Account Statements with both customers and Subcons, monthly Account Statements with internal Finance Accountant.
7) Outsourcing warehouse management, co-work with forwarder to handle each delivery to customers in good quality.
8) Internal warehouse management, weekly update the inventory of projects/products which are at R&D stage.
9) R&D stuffs transportation management between SH and US site.
