-序-Da Lim 住宅范式的多样性发展由来以久，场地环境、使用或实际居住者、审美趣味、身份地位等诸多因素影响着住宅进化的宏观概念与具体定义。在过去的不同时期——“建筑革命”之前，住宅总是表现着一元化的特征，它是垂直式、线性的形态演变的；而作为当下社会的实体产物，住宅门类里表现出了横向的丰富性。 由非个体意愿的时代背景或历史传统的制约逐渐转换为崭露头角的自由意志，住宅与居住者的联系则日渐紧密，并成为其志趣、习惯以及精神投射的所在。至于“豪宅”的词义产生，也从单一的物质性上升到精神性的追求。建筑的建构、景观与空间彼此渗透、家具与艺术的感官呈现互为补充、协调，日常的场所因生活而意义非凡。 于是，作为“世界设计大师课”——线上课的收官之作，[印际]特邀巴西Studio MK27，美国Aidlin Darling Design，以色列Pitsou Kedem Architects，西班牙Balzar Arquitectos四家深耕于不同领域的豪宅设计事务所创始人为我们分享他们对于“豪宅”的独特见地、设计实践以及未来思考。 MK27工作室由Marcio Kogan于1980年代早期建立，在巴西当地享誉盛名，现阶段工作室有来自全球各地的50位建筑师和合作伙伴，创始人Marcio Kogan在整个团队中担任着老师的角色。Marcio Kogan出生于圣保罗，1976年毕业于FAU Mackenzie，最初他是一位电影制作人，但在制作完成他的首部作品Fogo e Paixão之后，他投身到建筑事业中，带领了一支建筑师团队，其中大部分都已和他合作超过十年。Studio MK27 was founded by Marcio Kogan in the early 1980s and is Brazil's most prestigious design company.
