印际 x Simon de Burbure | 平静的绿洲

Simon de Burbure是一家位于比利时的建筑事务所，成立于2018年。在创始人Simon看来，建筑的存在是独立于任何特定风格之外的，其住宅设计体现了他对现代建筑的极大热爱，而这恰恰是源于多年来对古典建筑的研究，在此类项目中，房子的真实性被赋予了当代意义。

Simon de Burbure is a Belgium-based architecture practice founded in 2018. In Simon's view, the existence of architecture is independent of any particular style, and the design of his house reflects his great love for modern architecture, which is precisely derived from years of studying classical architecture, in such projects, the authenticity of the house is given a contemporary meaning.

GM House最初是一座传统的农舍，经过建筑师的重新构思，成为了一片“平静的绿洲”，尊重它原有的特点同时，并为其注入了现代的灵魂。住宅由高冠树木所环绕，使内部生发出幽深的宁静感，光线穿过树枝形成的阴影游走于有着纹理的墙壁。雕塑般的楼梯是空间的亮点，其蜿蜒的形式与通道的拱形相交，交织成迷人的线条。

Originally a traditional farmhouse, GM House has been reimagined by the architects as an "oasis of calm" that respects its original character while infusing it with a modern soul. The house is surrounded by high-crowned trees, giving the interior a deep sense of tranquility, and light flows through the shadows created by the branches on the textured walls. The sculptural staircase is the highlight of the space, its meandering form intersecting with the arches of the passageways, weaving into charming lines.

在设计这座住宅时，重点是最大限度地减少对自然生态的过度干预。室内的立面、天花和地面都选用了石灰抹面，凸显其有机的形态与质感，而橡木、天然石材的点缀使室内的单色调显得更加得和谐。宽大的窗户为室内引入充足的光线，同时将人们的视野带入壮丽的草地美景之中，为现代主义风格的空间增色。

When designing this house, the focus was on minimizing excessive intervention in the natural ecology. The interior facades, ceilings and floors are plastered with lime to highlight their organic form and texture, while oak and natural stone accents add harmony to the interior's single tone. Large Windows bring in plenty of light and bring views into the magnificent meadow, adding to the modernist style of the space.

建筑宛若一条长蛇，蜿蜒于自然之中，并将中世纪的氛围与乡村材料相融合；原有的老果树也被保留了下来，与现有的白色外观形成鲜明的对比。当人们穿过宽阔的走廊，仿佛从一个空间进入了另一个空间，而所处位置的不同则会有着不同的感官体验。温暖的阳光从室外照入，一些附加设施，如种树的天井和木质天花，为其赋予了一种安全感。

The building is like a long snake, winding through nature and blending medieval atmosphere with rustic materials; The original old fruit trees have also been preserved, in stark contrast to the existing white exterior. When people walk through the wide corridor, it is as if they are entering from one space into another space, and the different locations will have different sensory experiences. Warm sunlight pours in from the outside, and additional amenities, such as a planted patio and wooden ceiling, give it a sense of security.

Simon, the firm's founder, was born in Ghent in 1990 and grew up speaking French, Dutch and English, so he can work in a trilingual environment. Each of his projects is tailored to the owner, so they are all different. For Simon, perfect proportions, proper alignment and attention to detail, transparency and visibility are top priorities.

此外，极简主义也不单是追求简洁，与干净的线条形成对比的是柔软；与内向、纯粹的风格形成对比的是温暖。安全感毕竟是家的精髓所在，同时材料的选择、隔音效果、墙的围合性、阳光下舒适的沙发以及欢迎访客到来的入口门厅……
