（图源：人力部网站） 根据新加坡人力部规定，任何在新加坡的工作人士都可以在合约期间提出辞职。只要根据合约规定，告知雇主离职的时间即可。 若雇主拒绝了员工的辞呈，那么就是犯了雇佣法中的条款。 如果确定要辞职，那么就必须书写一封辞职信交给公司/雇主，并留下副本备用。 辞职信中要提到信息如下： 1. 辞职的具体日期（几月几日）2. 所需的通知期限（依照雇佣合约上的协定）3. 工作的最后一天 如果雇佣合约没有注明通知时间，或没有口头上的协定，就需以雇佣令为依据： 以下为辞职信模板，仅供参考： Dear（insert name here）, 亲爱的（雇主名字）, Please accept this letter as my formal notice of resignation as a (Insert position here) effectively from (date).
