《大脑修复术》有这么一段话：「很多人不喜欢看书或者学习，可能的原因就是多巴胺的分泌量不足。学习不像游戏那样，只需要一点点努力就能看到成果，而是需要投入大量的时间和精力才能看到进步」。
语音学习也是如此，不能指望着一点点的努力就立马看到飞跃式成效，相信「做好一件小事」的力量，建立起小小错题集，日进一寸即欢喜。

前 言
天下武功并非唯“快”不破。在花了大量时间精力还是没有进步的时候，不妨停一停，从心态和方法上找问题，有时候“少即是多，慢即是快”。
作业练习设计成了“慢速+常速”的方式之后，不少同学渐渐找到了感觉，也对粗细线条描绘的“超级重读、重读、次重读、弱读”展现形式大呼直观。
想起多年前考驾照的时候，教练说的最多的话就是“慢一点！慢一点！”。车速减下来，才有足够的精力兼顾到方向盘、档位、脚刹、后视镜这些细节。
掌握了操作基础，也有坚持练习不断巩固，剩下的都交给时间就好了。
