I’d like to pick garbage and plastic in campus. Although this may sound like a trivial thing to do, such an activity could still exert positive influence, I mean, whereas students and faculties may not necessarily join me, they would at least stop littering the ground. Besides, it would surely lead to a more pleasant environment on campus, which not only contributes to our physical health, but also puts us in a good mood. In contrast, since I’m not an art material, painting doesn’t seem appealing to me. What’s more, even though I do love flowers, especially baby’s breath, I’d rather appreciate them than planting them since cultivating those delicate little things can be a big time commitment and to be honest, I don’t think I have the patience for this.

Important business meeting should be face-to-face rather than using the technology.

From my perspective, it’s better to hold important business meetings in a face-to-face manner instead of using the technology since this could contribute to higher efficiency. During the meeting, there may be some negotiations, for example, companies may have conflicts over the terms of cooperation, or they may need to demonstrate their products or ideas in front of all the parties concerned. If such activities are conducted through technological devices such as laptops or smartphones, the process won’t be that smooth, especially when there’s something wrong with the internet service, which could lead to misinterpretation or even communication break-down. In contrast, when people could see each other during the conference, their discussion is less likely to be disturbed by the environment and they could exchange ideas more effectively as well.
