I think people who want to start a business need to be well-organized. No matter they are leaders or followers, they usually have their hands full, especially during the first stage of the start-up. They’ll come up with a clear business plan and adjust it when necessary, negotiate with others about business transactions, and work on various tasks in order to complete a series of projects. When facing so many issues, well-organized person won’t panic; instead, they could comb their thoughts, sort out priorities so as to do a good job, which contributes to the smooth operation of the company. Moreover, a well-organized team won’t suffer from procrastination, and each member can be counted on to complete the task as expected. It feels great to work with competent and reliable colleagues.

Children should be protected from difficulties during their growth.

From my perspective, it’s beneficial for children to encounter difficulties and problems during their development since such experience builds character and helps them grow. It’s true that hardships may make kids dismayed and failure could cause frustration; however, it is this kind of trials that get children stronger. When they try to get through difficulties, they’ll learn to come up with strategies rather than turning to parents for help; they’ll face the music, deal with disappointment, and try to bounce back after hitting the bottom. Adults shouldn’t deprive kids of these valuable lessons. Moreover, considering that it’s inevitable to face difficulties in life, children need to get well-prepared as soon as possible. We just need to offer proper guidance and help when necessary so that children could recover from possible failures.
