6月1日零时起，上海有序恢复住宅小区出入、公共交通运营和机动车通行

Shanghai will restore access to residential compounds, public transport and motor vehicle traffic in an orderly manner from 00:00 on June 1.

市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组办公室今天（5月30日）发布《关于6月1日起全市住宅小区恢复出入公共交通恢复运营机动车恢复通行的通告》。

The Office of Shanghai Municipal Leading Group on Preventing and Controlling COVID-19 released the Announcement on Restoring Free Access to Residential Compounds, Public Transport and Motor Vehicle Traffic in Shanghai from June 1 on May 30.

当前，我市疫情已得到有效控制，形势持续向好。根据我市持续巩固疫情防控成果有序恢复正常生产生活秩序的总体安排，经市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组办公室研究决定，现就2022年6月1日零时起有序恢复住宅小区出入、公共交通运营和机动车通行等有关事项通告如下： 

Currently, the COVID-19 resurgence has been brought under effective control in Shanghai while the overall situation is trending upward. According to the general arrangement on restoring normal production and life in an orderly manner amid ongoing consolidation of achievements made in containing the disease, the Office of Shanghai Municipal Leading Group on Preventing and Controlling COIVD-19 decided upon deliberation and announced the following points on orderly restoration of free access to residential compounds, public transport and motor vehicle traffic starting from 00:00 on June 1, 2022 :

一、住宅小区恢复出入。除中高风险地区和封控区、管控区外，各区、各街镇及各居村委、业委会、物业公司等，不得以任何理由限制居住本社区的居村民出入。

I. To restore free access to residential compounds. Except for the residential compounds in the medium and high-risk areas, lockdown and control zones, no district, sub-district/town, neighborhood/village committee, property owner committee or property manager may prohibit the residents/villagers from entering or leaving their communities freely on whatsoever grounds.

二、公共交通恢复运营。市域内地面公交、轨道交通全网恢复基本运行，对江轮渡（含三岛客运）有序恢复运行。

II. To restore public transport operation. The city’s ground public transport and rail transit traffic network will restore basic operation. The ferries (including passenger transport to three islands of Chongming District) will also reopen in an orderly manner.

三、机动车恢复通行。终止施行机动车电子通行证制度，巡游出租车、网约车恢复正常运行；除中高风险地区和封控区、管控区外，私家车和单位用车正常出行。对驾驶机动车出入市域道口的，按现有规定执行。 

III. To restore motor vehicle traffic. The electronic pass for vehicles is terminated with taxi-hailing and phone app car-booking services resumed as usual. Private cars and official cars are allowed to run on the roads as usual in the areas other than medium and high-risk areas, lockdown and control zones. The existing rules for vehicles entering or leaving crossings within the city still apply.

希望广大市民继续做好个人防护，牢记“三件套”“五还要”，规范佩戴口罩，保持社交距离，不聚集、不扎堆，加强自我健康监测，出现不适及时就医；同时，主动接种新冠病毒疫苗，自觉遵守核酸检测、扫“场所码”等各项防疫规定，合力筑牢疫情防控的坚固屏障，共同守护好我们的城市家园。

All residents are expected to continue personal protection and bear in mind the Three Key Points (i.e., wearing face masks, maintaining social distancing, and ensuring personal hygiene) and the Five Stills (it is still needed to wear face masks, keep social distancing, cover face when coughing or sneezing, wash hands frequently, and open windows for ventilation as much as possible) to wear face masks appropriately, keep social distance and avoid gathering. Residents should still enhance self-health monitoring and seek timely medical care in case of discomfort. Residents should also take initiative to receive COVID-19 vaccines and follow disease containment regulations like taking PCR tests and scanning Venue Code to jointly build a strong defense against COVID-19 and safeguard the city.
