Upbeing为什么要做集体咨询？Why do we use collective consultation?
一个项目需要多方的意见和建议来构建更完善的体系，即使只是从集体中得到启发，也是一种助益；
各行各业的人通过打破行业的边界，在集体咨询中更好地打通思维的边界，和更多利益相关方一起共创。
A project need variable suggestions to build a more completed system , even it is only an inspiration , it is also a way of helping.
We encourage people from all walks of life to break the boundary of the industry , to break the mindset through collective consultation, to co- create with the different stake-holders.

原心教育（Upbeing）通过社会化学习+社会影响力创造+整全发展，培养可持续发展人才。在我们孵化和指导年轻人（包括中学生）的社会创业项目的过程中，我们根据其需求匹配共创者、社会导师等之外，发现小额启动资金也是他们的痛点，这也是我们和B人BAL（B人BEL 旨在解决社会问题，目标是创造一个知识，技能和人才共同解决社会问题，贫困问题的空间。）合作PIC的初心，为一些已有雏形的项目以公众购票的形式，收入变成小额资助优质项目。
Upbeing cultivate the sustainable talents through social learning + creating social influence + holistic development. We support young people's social entrepreneurship projects according to their needs. One of the pain point is some teams really need small startup funds. This is also why we launched PIC together with B人BAL（B人BEL is a platform that aims at creating a space where knowledge, skills, and talent are used to combat social problems and thus tackle poverty itself.）. By gather fees of the tickets, we transform the money to become funds for the winning project.

Last Saturday, PIC event was held successfully , but after it ,we still hope to continue surporting the 5 selsected projects in public engagement way, not just surpoting the winning project.

Today we are going to introduce the project T-shirt + from Zach , team leader of the Enactus from Nanjing University .

全国有许多美术专业的聋哑学生由于社会歧视、消息闭塞，无法利用专业技能获取工作与收入。为此，我们颠覆了传统文化衫的结构，降低了图案替换的成本，创造更多的设计需求。为聋哑艺术生带来收入的同时增强其就业竞争力，并以创新性产品的定位树立他们专业、个性化的社会形象。
In our country, due to social discrimination and information occlusion, many deaf anddumb students who study Art are unable to use professional skills to get jobsand gain income. For this reason, we reinvent the structure of traditional cultureshirts, reduce the cost of pattern replacement, and create more design demandsfor the students. In this way, the project will enhance their employmentcompetitiveness while generating income for deaf and dumb students withpainting skills, and set up their professional and personalized social image bypropagating the innovative products.

About Upbeing Collective Consulting 1.0
集体咨询是一种共创形式，围绕固定的议题，参与者利用自己的经验和知识储备，给出自己的建议，共同寻求迭代方案。我们主张参与者混龄，多元，跨领域。
Collective consulting is one form of co-creation. Around a fixed topic, participants use their experience and knowledge to make their own suggestions and jointly seek an iterative plan. We hold the view that participants are mixed, diverse and cross-cutting.
通过线上集体咨询通道，没来现场的朋友也可以了解项目，深入帮助项目，长久地支持项目，利用自己的技能和业余时间，发挥社会责任感。
Through the online collective consultation channel, friends who did not come to the site can know more about the project, help the project in depth, support the project for a long time, and utilize their skills and free hours to exert social responsibility.
