These 7 Things Should be Noted for Foreigners in Shenzhen

Foreigners staying or residing in China shall abide by Chinese laws and shall not endanger China's national security, harm the public interest or disrupt public order.
在中国停留或居留的外国人应当遵守中国法律，不得危害中国国家安全、损害社会公共利益、破坏社会公共秩序。

According to Chinese law, if a foreigner resides or stays in a dwelling other than a hotel, he or she or the person staying overnight should register with the public security authorities of the place of residence within twenty-four hours of arrival. When registering, please bring with you.
根据中国法律规定，外国人在旅馆以外的其他住所居住或者住宿的，应当在入住后二十四小时内由本人或者留宿人，向居住地的公安机关办理登记。登记时请携带：Passport.
本人护照；passport photo page, valid visa page and last entry clearance stamp page copy Printed copies.
护照照片页、有效签证页和最后一次入境验讫章页复印件。Other information required from each police station.
各派出所需提供的其他资料。# 03
Foreigners who need to stay or reside in China after the expiry of their visa or residence permit should submit an application for visa extension within the prescribed period (within 7 days of the expiry of the visa for stay and 30 days of the expiry of the visa for residence).
外国人在签证或居留许可有效期满后需继续在华停留或居留的，请在规定期限内提交申请资料延期签证（停留类签证于期满7日内提交，居留类签证于期满30日前提交申请资料）。
If you overstay, you must go through departure procedures at the local public security organ's exit and entry administration department and be subject to a warning or a fine of 500 yuan for each day of illegal residence, not exceeding a total of 10,000 yuan, or detention for more than 5 days but not more than 15 days.
如逾期居留，须到当地公安机关出入境管理部门办理离境手续，并处以警告或者每非法居留1日，处500元罚款，总额不超过10000元，或者5日以上、15日以下的拘留。
# 04
In the event of a change in the registration details of a foreigner's residence permit, the holder of the document shall apply for the change within the date of the change in the registration details to the exit and entry administration agency of the local public security organ of the people's government at or above the county level where he or she resides.
外国人居留证件登记事项发生变更的，持证件人应当自登记事项发生变更之日内居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理变更。

An alien is unlawfully employed if he or she does any of the following:
外国人有下列行为之一的，属于非法就业：
working in China without obtaining a work permit and work-type residence permit in accordance with the regulations.
未按照规定取得工作许可和工作类居留证件在中国境内工作的；working in China beyond the limits of the work permit.
超出工作许可限定范围在中国境内工作的；Foreign students violate the regulations on the administration of work-study and work in China beyond the scope of the prescribed post or the time limit.
外国留学生违反勤工助学管理规定，超出规定的岗位范围或者时限在中国境内工作的。# 06
If a foreigner is employed illegally, he shall be fined not less than five thousand yuan and not more than twenty thousand yuan; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for not less than five days and not more than fifteen days, and fined not less than five thousand yuan and not more than twenty thousand yuan.
外国人非法就业的，处五千元以上二万元以下罚款；情节严重的，处五日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五千元以上二万元以下罚款。A person who introduces a foreigner for illegal employment is liable to a fine of 5,000 yuan for each person illegally introduced, not exceeding a total of 50,000 yuan; an entity is liable to a fine of 5,000 yuan for each person illegally introduced, not exceeding a total of 100,000 yuan; and the proceeds of the offence are confiscated if there are any.
介绍外国人非法就业的，对个人处每非法介绍一人五千元，总额不超过 五万元的罚款；对单位处每非法介绍一人五千元，总额不超过十万元的罚款；有违法所得的没收违法所得。If a foreigner is illegally employed, a fine of 10,000 yuan for each person illegally employed, not exceeding a total of 100,000 yuan; if there is any illegal income, the illegal income shall be confiscated.
非法聘用外国人的，处每非法聘用一人一万元，总额不超过十万元的罚款；有违法所得的，没收违法所得。
# 07
If one of the following cases is given a warning, a fine of less than 2,000 yuan can be imposed concurrently :
有下列情形之一的，给予警告，可以并处二千元以下罚款：
A foreigner who refuses to accept the inspection of his or her exit and entry documents by the public security authorities.
外国人拒不接受公安机关查验其出境入境证件的；Foreigners who refuse to hand in their residence documents.
外国人拒不交验居留证件的；Failure to register the birth or declare the death of an alien in accordance with the unspecified.
未按照未定办理外国人出生登记、死亡申报的；A change in the registration details of an alien's residence permit and failure to make the change in accordance with the regulations.
外国人居留证件登记事项发生变更，未按照规定办理变更的；Foreigners in China who fraudulently use another person's exit and entry documents.
在中国境内的外国人冒用他人出境入境证件的；Failure to register in accordance with the provisions of Article 39(2) of this Law.
