Greatness is forged in the ordinary. Heroes come from the people. Every person is remarkable!

Only in hard times can courage and perseverance be manifested. Only after polishing can a piece of jade be finer.

2021 will see the 100th birthday of the Communist Party of China. Its 100-year journey surges forward with great momentum. Its original aspiration remains even firmer one hundred years later.

二〇一九年新年贺词

01这些成就是全国各族人民撸起袖子干出来的，是新时代奋斗者挥洒汗水拼出来的。
These achievements are all thanks to the hard work of people from all of China's ethnic groups, who are the trail-blazers of the new era.
02新征程上，不管乱云飞渡、风吹浪打，我们都要紧紧依靠人民。
And now, looking forward, despite the complexities and difficulties we may face on the road ahead, we shall always closely rely on the people. 

二〇一八年新年贺词

01要把这个蓝图变为现实，必须不驰于空想、不骛于虚声，一步一个脚印，踏踏实实干好工作。
To translate the blueprint into reality, we have to avoid the distractions of unsubstantial ideas and superficial fame, take one step at a time, and approach our work with a firm footing.
02我们要以庆祝改革开放40周年为契机，逢山开路，遇水架桥，将改革进行到底。
At the significant juncture of the 40th anniversary, we should surmount all obstacles to carry the reform further to its ultimate triumph.
03各级党委、政府和干部要把老百姓的安危冷暖时刻放在心上，以造福人民为最大政绩，想群众之所想，急群众之所急，让人民生活更加幸福美满。
The Party committees, governments, and officials at all levels must constantly hold in their hearts the interests and concerns of the people, and regard the benefit of the people as their greatest political achievement; they must think for the people, respond to their needs, and work for the greater happiness of the people.
