2022年5月22至27日，第47届IEEE声学、语音与信号处理国际会议 （ICASSP 2022）将于新加坡、中国和线上同步举行。香港中文大学（深圳）很荣幸成为ICASSP 2022中国分会场的主办方，与主会场新加坡同步举办线下会议。届时，港中大（深圳）校园将为各参会嘉宾精彩呈现大会报告、分组报告、教学课程、多个产学论坛、展览以及来自工业界精英的报告。
分会场校内承办工作由数据科学学院主负责。学院作为计算机科学、统计学和运筹学领域领先的学术机构，致力于推动音频、语音处理和数据分析的研究与交流，学院师资队伍中汇聚了该领域的著名学者与行业专家，其中学院副院长（科研）、校长讲座教授李海洲为ICASSP大会主席。

The 47th IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing (ICASSP 2022) will be held in Singapore on May 22 to 27, 2022. The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen) is honored to be the supporting organization of the ICASSP China satellite. The China satellite features a satellite venue in Shenzhen, China for delegates who are already in China to participate without crossing the quarantine border. It will take place on the beautiful CUHK-Shenzhen campus, hosting tutorials, industry keynotes, and technical presentations delivered by onsite presenters. Exhibitions and other industry talks could be expected as usual.
The School of Data Science (SDS) is proud to play the main host and facilitate the onsite logistics. SDS is a leading academic institution in computer science, statistics, and operations research, which actively pursues audio, speech processing, and data analytics research among others. SDS is home to a large faculty of illustrious scholars and industry experts. It is an R&D powerhouse in the Greater Bay Area where the passion for research meets the purpose to transform people's life. SDS is proud of Professor Haizhou Li, Associate Dean (Research) of SDS, for his leadership in ICASSP 2022 as the General Chair.

李海洲教授现任香港中文大学（深圳）数据科学学院校长讲座教授、副院长，同时他也是新加坡国立大学客座教授和德国不来梅大学卓越讲座教授。此前，他曾于2006年至2016年分别担任新加坡南洋理工大学和新加坡国立大学教授，于2009年担任东芬兰大学客座教授，于2011年至2016年任澳洲新南威尔士大学客座教授，于2003年至2016年担任新加坡科技研究局通信研究所首席科学家和研究总监。李教授是IEEE（电气电子工程师学会）会士、ISCA（国际语音通信协会）会士。
李教授曾任顶级期刊IEEE/ACM Transactions on Audio和Speech and Language Processing主编 (2015-2018年）、Computer Speech and Language副主编 (2012-2021年)、Springer International Journal of Social Robotics副主编 (2008-2021年)、IEEE语音与语言处理技术委员会成员 (2013-2015年)、IEEE 信号处理学会奖励委员会成员(2021-2023年)、IEEE信号处理学会出版委员会成员(2015-2018年)。他曾担任国际语音通信协会主席(ISCA, 2015-2017年)，亚太信号与信息处理协会主席 (APSIPA, 2015-2016年)，亚洲自然语言处理联合会主席 (AFNLP, 2017-2018年)。他也曾是ACL 2012、INTERSPEECH 2014、ICASSP 2022等多个大型学术会议的主席。
Professor Haizhou Li is a Presidential Chair Professor in the School of Data Science, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), China. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore, Singapore and a Bremen Excellence Chair Professor at the University of Bremen, Germany. Prior to joining CUHK (Shenzhen), Professor Li has taught at Nanyang Technological University and National University of Singapore (2006-2016) in Singapore, University of Eastern Finland (2009) in Finland, and University of New South Wales (2011-2016) in Australia. He was the Principal Scientist and Research Director at the Institute for Infocomm Research (2003-2016), the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Singapore. Professor Li is a Fellow of the IEEE and the ISCA.
Professor Li has served as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE-ACM Transactions on Audio Speech and Language Processing (2015-2018), Associate Editor of Computer Speech and Language (2012-2021), Springer International Journal of Social Robotics (2008-2021), and a Member of IEEE Speech and Language Processing Technical Committee (2013-2015), Awards Board (2021-2023), and Publications Board (2015-2018) of IEEE Signal Processing Society. He was the President of the International Speech Communication Association (ISCA, 2015-2017), the President of Asia Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association (APSIPA, 2015-2016), the President of the Asian Federation of Natural Language Processing (AFNLP, 2017-2018). He was the General Chair of major scientific conferences including ACL 2012, INTERSPEECH 2014, and ICASSP 2022.
