网络研讨会: 深圳零碳计划-如何激励业主结合技术实现脱碳
深圳正参与ULI净零碳计划，通过与各利益相关者开展圆桌会议及专家研讨会，探索不同的激励措施，以促进新建及现有建筑与技术的整合，从而在保持盈利的同时实现脱碳。
本次网络研讨会将介绍城市土地学会全球及深圳净零碳计划。
本网络研讨会将由学术机构专家分享新加坡政策框架对业主运用脱碳技术的激励及面临的相关挑战；跨国开发商太古地产也将分享他们运用脱碳技术的商业案例；最后，鉴于安永目前负责与ULI共同撰写大湾区地产科技白皮书，来自安永的嘉宾将分享其对大湾区地产科技领域机遇及挑战的概述和理解。

Introduction of Shenzhen Net Zero Imperative Initiative - How to Incentivise Building Owners to Integrate Technology in their Journey to Net Zero
Shenzhen is participating in the ULI Net Zero Imperative (NZI), a global cohort to provide concrete ideas and strategies to real estate owners, public sector leaders, and the general public to eliminate carbon emissions from the built environment.
The study will explore how Shenzhen can incentivise the private sector to integrate new and innovative technology into both new and existing buildings, to decarbonise while still sustaining profitability.
Join the kickoff session where you will hear from academia and industry experts on this topic. The expert panel will discuss the policy framework that needs to be in place, a number of case studies with key learnings, and the opportunities and challenges in the proptech scene in the Greater Bay Area.
