Save the date for ULI China Mainland Summer Meeting – Beijing on 23 June. The meeting will focus on the analysis of China's macroeconomic situation, and interpret how China's policy tone and economic measures drive industrial development, as well as market opportunities for the renewal and upgrading of industrial parks.

The pandemic has driven the emphasis on the life sciences sector. We will discuss how to create an urban environment that is most suitable for business operations and that best meets the expectations of talents, and how to enhance attractiveness and attract more international enterprises and talents.

China's 14th Five-Year Plan will be based on sustainable development and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. We will discuss how to transform the way of urban development, implement green and low-carbon measures, and use new technologies and means to promote the optimization of urban and building spatial structure and the improvement of building operation quality.

From the perspective of urban smart transportation, smart scene construction and smart operation governance, it discusses how to optimize the urban life experience and improve the quality and resilience of the city.

Simultaneous interpretation in Chinese and English will be offered for all participants.
