2022年ULI中国香港YLG导师计划向大湾区会员开放

ULI中国香港青年领袖小组 (Young Leaders Group) 已举办导师计划多年，每年都反响热烈。我们的导师计划面向地产行业的各个领域，并且有不同领域的行业领导者的慷慨支持。我们为年轻的未来领导者提供成长的平台，为行业闲紧密合作提供有意义的关系通道，并且鼓励你成为未来的领袖并且塑造我们更好的行业社群。
你的收益
我们的导师计划为一对一，你将有一位行业领袖成为你的导师，鼓励并带领你成为未来的行业领袖。计划为期一年，你可以下一年申请配对新的导师，你需要主动与导师联络并且至少每季度通话或者见面一次，你们可以讨论事业发展，人生成长，项目研究，实地考察等等。除此一对一季度见面，我们会组织上年导师计划分享，本年导师计划联谊酒会，以及每月青年领袖联谊。你可能无法亲自参加以上活动，但是我们会举办一次小范围线上联谊，以及导师之间联谊以及群组讨论。

在计划的时间范围内，提高沟通技巧和表达的能力
对个人和职业做建设性的规划
如果你想申请成为学员，你需要：
年龄小于35岁并且至少工作一年
积极主动联络导师，花时间去计划思考你们的讨论课题开放心态，聆听导师的反馈与建议
语言：英文 （请用英文填写申请表格）
申请截止日期：10月10日（仅限大湾区YLG会员）
收到申请结果：10月31日（仅限大湾区YLG会员）
YLG将此导师计划也面向大湾区内地城市的会员开放。由于尚有通关限制，我们仅接受少量内地ULI会员申请成为学员。我们有少量导师将于中国内地和中国香港之间出差，你们将有机会见面，以及少量导师位于国外可以进行Zoom交流。如果通关限制取消，明年的导师计划将加入位于内地的联谊活动。
本活动仅限大湾区YLG会员，请在2022年10月10日前提交申请。收到申请后ULI工作人员和导师将对申请人进行评估和筛选，申请人将于2022年10月31日前收到申请结果。

Our mentorship program targets young professionals who work in every sector and all aspects of the real estate industry in Hong Kong. With the generosity and support of esteemed industry leaders of diversified profiles as our great mentors, we are now inviting applications from young leaders who aims to grow and give back professionally and for our broader society at large to join as mentees. We are here to create a platform to nurture development of future leaders, to provide channels to cultivate meaningful industry relationships and inspiring collaborations, and to engage yourself to think big and think ahead to shape tomorrow’s horizon in building better communities.

If you wish to apply to become a trainee you will need to
Be under 35 years of age and have worked for at least one year
Be proactive in contacting your tutor, take time to plan and think about your topic of discussion be open-minded and listen to feedback and advice from your tutor

Receipt of application results: 31th October (YLG members in the Greater Bay Area only)
With the establish of ULI GBA Chapter, we are engaging better cooperation between different cities in GBA. ULI Hong Kong Mentorship Program is extending its application to GBA Mainland members for them to apply as mentees. Limited space will be provided to GBA Mainland members as soft opening.
This program is for YLG members in the Greater Bay Area only, please submit your application by 10 October 2022. Applications will be assessed and screened by ULI staff and mentors upon receipt and applicants will receive the results of their applications by 31 October 2022.
