ULI Greater Bay Area Organising Committee invites you to attend the Real Estate Investment Opportunities Sharing in Shenzhen.
The real estate industry has been significantly impacted in the era of China's stockpiling. In an environment of increased downward pressure on the economy and heightened expectations for stable growth, how should investors with vision and a holistic view find and layout sustainable cooperation and investment opportunities in the real estate industry as well as in cities?
The ULI Greater Bay Area Organising Committee invited China Overseas Comercial Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle and Paladin Capital to share and discuss the experience and logic of real estate investment and development and the unique investment and cooperation opportunities at this stage, especially on one-stop real estate development solutions and relief funds.
