The event will address key economic and real estate indicators and forecasts, capital flows, investment and development trends in exclusive dialogue with global industry leaders.

The ULI Asia Pacific Real Estate Economic Forecast is a semi-annual survey which focuses on the key economic and real estate indicators for six cities in the region - Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai, Sydney, and Seoul. This forecast captures the main indicators of interest to the real estate investment and development community.

Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Asia Pacific, is the annual flagship report, produced in partnership with PwC, which covers the forward looking trends for the year to come.
'10 Trends in 10 Minutes' will present the key findings of the report. It will be followed by two panel discussions with key players in the real estate industry, who will share their perspectives on capital flow, evolving real estate trends, and major challenges and opportunities in investment across the region.
