纳帕海群山环抱，纳帕村在山间踏出一条条小路，被当地作为登山健身步道。和我们一起走上登山健身步道，登高俯瞰纳帕海，“将万里浮云一眼看开”；穿越高山森林，大口呼吸超浓的负氧离子空气；步入高山草甸，聆听成群牛羊的铃铛声；走进藏民牧场小屋，一起围着火塘烤青稞饼，感受藏族游牧生活和文化。

Surrounded by towering mountains near Napa Lake, locals use winding paths in Napa Village as hiking trails. Join us on a hike along these trails, overlook Napa Lake from a high vantage point, and enjoy the breathtaking views. You can breathe in the fresh forest air with cow and sheep bells tinkling in the distant alpine meadows. Tibetan herders’ cabins in the pasture become our sanctuary after a long mountain walk. Around a toasty fire, we roast barley pancakes with the locals and experience the Tibetan nomadic way of life and culture.

在天地之间自由驰骋是很多人的梦想。纳帕村的马场叫纳帕马场，里面都是纳帕村民自己家养的马儿。和我们一起，从纳帕马场选一匹马儿，在马蹄声和铃铛声中丈量伊拉草原，远眺蓝天白云下牛羊成群；穿过纳帕田地，遥望成片的油菜花田或青稞麦浪；走上翻新村路，近观越来越来美丽整洁的乡村。

You can discover yourself galloping freely in the grasslands between the earth and the sky. The Napa Village Horse Farm is where local villagers raise horses. Join us in selecting your horse and ride through the Yila Grassland, with views of herds of cattle and sheep beneath the blue sky and white clouds. Together, we ride through fields of flowing canola and barley and walk along village roads to get a closer look at the beautiful countryside.

每到松茸季，纳帕村民凌晨打着手电上山挖松茸。挖松茸的地方除了大家都知道的公共区域，还有自己知道的“秘密基地”。松茸是山中珍奇，采摘松茸不仅需要耐力、体力、眼力，还需要运气。在松茸季，我们会邀请当地村民，带您体验山中采摘松茸的乐趣，收获大自然给予的馈赠。

During the matsutake mushroom season, Napa villagers will head early into the mountains carrying a basket and flashlight to search for the elusive fungi. In addition to well-known mushroom growing areas, there are "secret places" known only to the locals. Matsutake mushrooms are a precious delicacy growing deep in the mountains. Hunting for them requires endurance, physical strength, a pair of trained, keen eyes, and luck. During the matsutake season, we invite the local villagers to guide you - our guests - on their daily matsutake mushroom picking journey.

纳帕海是“飞羽天堂”，每到冬季，候鸟从北方不远万里飞来过冬。如果运气好，还能看到“高原仙子”黑颈鹤。让我们一起环游纳帕海，寻找纳帕海的飞鸟，用眼睛跟随它们落在湿地、投入山林、飞向天空。如果是下雪天，您还能看到银装素裹的纳帕海，圣洁如同天堂。

Napa Lake is a "Bird's Paradise." During the winter, migratory birds fly thousands of miles from the north to spend winter at the lake. You might even spot the "Highland Fairy" - the Black-necked Crane if lucky. Let us explore Napa Lake together and search for birds in the wetlands, forests, and skies. On snowy days, you can witness a silver-coated Napa Lake that is as pristine as heaven.

纳达小院的两栋藏式建筑就“生长”在纳帕村里。纳帕村现居村民49户，他们与牛羊飞鸟共生，和山川湖泊相伴，随四季轮转安居。跟随我们漫步纳帕村，为您讲述纳帕村的民俗历史、宗教信仰以及藏族建筑之美，带您了解当地村民的传统生活智慧。

Our two traditional Tibetan-style buildings at Naada "grew" within the Napa Village. We used the old foundation from the previous village school and center to build the Naada hotel and restaurant.  Napa Village is home to 49 Tibetan households who coexist with their domestic animals and wild birds to live harmoniously with their natural environment. Together, we can take a relaxing stroll through the village and fully immerse in the local culture, learning about the local folklore, religious beliefs, and beauty of Tibetan architecture. We also hope to provide a greater understanding of the traditional wisdom of the locals.

The local villagers in Napa are warm and welcoming, and an intimate home visit can bring you closer to their way of life and cultural traditions. We can experience their daily rituals, such as making butter tea, reciting religious scriptures, or illuminating their homes with butter lamps. Together, we can appreciate the intricate Tibetan-style architecture, enjoy an authentic beverage, and engage in conversations about the changes happening in the village. You can immerse yourself in the authentic Tibetan rural way of life through a home visit.

央初阿姨和达瓦大叔的一天通常是早上七点开始的，一家人分工明确，挤牛奶、打酥油、煮茶汤、捏糌粑……纳达小院的藏式下午茶正是他们最日常的一餐，这看似简单的食谱承载着藏族人家从清晨开始手工制作的仪式感。与我们一同品味藏式下午茶，亲手搅打酥油茶，感受纯天然的美味和最诚挚的匠心，品味世代传承的珍贵味道。

A typical day for a Tibetan household begins like this: rise at 7 a.m. to milk the cows to make fresh butter.  Brew butter tea and make tsampa for breakfast. Fresh ingredients and a simple meal are the essence of the Tibetan people’s daily rituals. Our Tibetan afternoon tea at Naada takes inspiration from everyday life. Join us for Tibetan afternoon tea, immerse yourself in the aroma of a daily drinking ritual, and savor the precious taste passed down through generations.

纳达小院使用原村民废弃小学和村民活动中心用地建造了两座“藏式建筑”，功能分别为客房、餐厅、村民活动中心等。纳帕村的小孩现在去香格里拉市里上寄宿小学，上学10天回家4天。当纳帕村孩子们回家的那几天，我们会举行公益英语藏语角。孩子们在娱乐和互动中学习英语，您也可以向他们学习简单的藏语。

Cultural exchange is at the foundation of our mission, and at Naada, we host a public English-Tibetan language corner for all. During the days when local children return home to Napa from boarding schools in Shangri-La, we host sessions for them to learn English while also having fun. We invite you to join us and learn some basic Tibetan phrases from them!

青稞是一种只生长在高原地带的谷物，来自瑞士的藏族人回到香格里拉，创立香格里拉啤酒厂，第一次用高原青稞酿造啤酒。和我们一起，拜访我们的社区伙伴香格里拉啤酒厂，看本地青稞如何通过独创啤酒配方，在流水线上成为精酿啤酒；饮一杯真正的藏人啤酒，倾听每一款啤酒背后的藏族故事。

The Shangri-La Beer Brewery combines local highland barley and Swiss brewing techniques. A group of Swiss Tibetans returned to Shangri-La from Switzerland to establish the Shangri-La Beer Brewery, hoping to preserve Shangri-La in a bottle. They were the first to brew beer using local highland barley instead of other commonly used grains. Visit our community partner, Shangri-La Brewery, and see how local highland barley becomes craft beer through its unique brewing process. Enjoy a glass of authentic Tibetan pale ale and listen to the amazing stories behind each beer bottle. Cheers!

从远古到现代，手工编织技艺一直伴随着藏族牧民，成为他们生活和文化的一部分。来自美国的夫妇，为了传承这种技艺创立塔达羊毛厂，让藏族编织大咖使用进口羊驼毛编织围巾、毛毯、提包等。和我们一起，在塔达创始人的带领下体验藏族手工纺线和织布。这是一门需要技巧的手艺，简单体验后还可以做一个羊毛钥匙扣，或者选择自己喜欢的颜色定制羊驼毛制品。

The Tibetan art of hand spinning and weaving has been an integral part of the lives and culture of Tibetan nomads since ancient times. To preserve this skill, a couple from the United States established Tahda, which gathers Tibetan weaving experts to create scarves, blankets, and handbags using premium imported alpaca wool. Join us for an experience led by the founders of Tahda and talented Tibetan women as you learn the art of Tibetan hand spinning and weaving. Weaving is a skill that requires precision, persistence, and effort. After the hands-on weaving experience, you can make an alpaca wool keychain or customize alpaca wool products in your preferred colors as souvenirs.
