At sunrise, follow the birds with our gaze.

候鸟不只是美丽的飞鸟

它们传播种子、控制害虫、为植物传粉

是自然界的重要组成部分

观鸟的时候

不打扰是最好的保护

Migratory birds are not only beautiful, they disperse seeds, control pests, and pollinate plants.

In bird watching, not disturbing them is the best protection.

和森林、海洋并称全球三大生态系统

The Napa Lake is home to migratory birds.

Wetlands are known as the "filters of the earth".

Along with forests and oceans, they are one of the world's three majoar ecosystems.

If you wish, at the end of our bird-watching, join us in cleaning up the garbage in the wetlands.

在香格里拉，人与鸟儿和谐共生

藏族人将黑颈鹤视为吉祥幸福的神鸟

藏族史诗《格萨尔王》说

黑颈鹤是格萨尔王神马的守护者

仓央嘉措为黑颈鹤写诗

“洁白的仙鹤,请把双翅借我”

In Shangri-La, people and birds live in harmony.

Tibetans regard the Black-necked Crane as a sacred bird of good luck and happiness.

The Tibetan epic "King Gesar" says the Black-necked Crane is the guardian of King Gesar's sacred horse.

Tshangs-dbyangs-rgya-mtsho wrote poems for the Crane: "White crane, please lend me your wings."

保暖：穿戴羽绒服、帽子、耳罩、手套等

防晒：戴帽子、擦防晒霜等

防水：穿舒适防水的鞋子
