NETA Auto ships 4,000 vehicles to overseas markets

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- Bearing witness to an unprecedented wave of progress in China's automobile industry, an impressive count of 4,000 NETA-branded vehicles recently embarked on their journey to customers outside of China, according to a post on the Chinese NEV maker’s WeChat account. This milestone arrives on the heels of a previous record-setting batch of 3,600 units in March, underlining NETA's pursuit of breakthroughs in overseas markets.

In the context of this year, the NETA brand's outward expansion has steadily gained momentum. Highlights include substantial mass shipments overseas, construction of a plant in Thailand, and the introduction of new models in countries such as Malaysia and Thailand.

In the second half of the year, NEZHA is set to make its appearance at the International Motor Show Germany 2023. Moreover, the much-anticipated NETA GT is also on the docket for a future international debut.

Circling back to 2022, NETA Auto embarked on its ambitious strategy of "landing in ASEAN, expanding into EU", marking its first step towards international expansion, or its "year of going abroad". Within just over a year, NETA has successfully established its European business division and a factory in Thailand. Its overseas footprint spans ASEAN, South America, and the Middle East markets, showcasing its rapid development.

In addition to these strategic moves, NETA plans to introduce a heavyweight global model, accelerating the accessibility of high-quality electric intelligent vehicles. Such an initiative is aimed at ensuring the dividends of technological advancements are within reach of the global populace, manifesting the philosophy that everyone deserves to enjoy the fruits of technological development, said the automaker.
