Perform hand hygiene before putting on mask. Choose the correct size of the mask and ensure there are no defects.

佩戴3M N95 1860口罩的步骤 戴上口罩前要进行手部清洁。选择正确的口罩尺寸，确保没有破损。

Step 1

Hold the N95 in your palm with the nose piece at fingertips, hang head straps freely below hand.

把N95口罩放在手掌上，手指托住鼻梁位置，让头箍在手下面自由悬挂。

Step 2

Position the N95 under your chin with the nosepiece up.

把N95放在下巴下，鼻部向上。

Step 3

While holding the N95 in place, pull the top strap over your head so it rests high on the back of your head.

按住N95口罩，把上面的皮带拉过头顶，箍住后脑勺。

Step 4

Pull the bottom strap over your head and position it around your neck, below your ears.

把下面的皮带拉过头顶，箍在脖子上，在耳朵下方。

If you have long hair, the strap must be positioned beneath your hair. Untwist the straps. Position the N95 low on your nose.

如果你留长发，皮带必须放到头发下面。松开皮带，把N95口罩放到鼻子上。

Step 5

Using both hands, mold the nosepiece to the shape of your nose by pushing downward and outward while moving your fingertips down both sides of the nosepiece.

用双手，在鼻部两侧按压，将鼻部捏成鼻子的形状。

Step 6

Perform a fit check by placing both hands completely over the mask. Be careful not to disturb the position and exhale sharply. 

将双手完全置于口罩上进行贴合度检查。小心的捂住这个位置，然后用力地呼气。

If airleaks around your nose, adjust the nosepiece as describe in step 5. If air leaks at the mask edges, adjust the straps back along the sides of your head. Perform fit check again if an adjustment is made. 

如果空气在鼻子周围漏出，按照第5步调整鼻梁位置。如果空气在口罩边缘漏出，调整你头部两侧的皮带。调整之后再次进行贴合度检查。

Wear the right sized mask.

佩戴合适尺寸的口罩。

Fit check is mandatory for all users of N95 mask and must be performed every time upon wearing.

所有N95口罩使用者都必须进行贴合度检查，而且必须每次佩戴时都要进行检查。

Perform hand hygiene after putting on mask.

戴上口罩后进行手部清洁。

Sequence of removing N95 / 3M 1860 Pull bottom strap over head, Maintain the hold on the first strap, use another hand to pull the top straps over head.

去除3M N95 1860口罩的步骤 把下部的皮带拉过头顶，拉住下部皮带不动， 用另一只手把上部的皮带拉过头顶。

Do not touch front surface of mask.

不要接触口罩的前表面。

It should be kept in a New Clean Ziploc bag for reuse  and discarded at the end of day unless wet or soiled.

它应该被保存在一个新的干净的密封塑料袋中以供重复使用，如果口罩弄湿了、弄脏了，或是用了一天后，就应该扔掉。

Perform hand hygiene after removal of mask and after putting on the reused mask.

去除口罩和佩戴重复使用的口罩后都要清洁手部。
