Hangzhou is one of the famous ancient capitals of our country. Five dynasties of Wu and Yue and the Southern Song Dynasty have set their capitals here. Hangzhou has beautiful scenery and cultural heritage. Throughout the ages, the poetic beauty of Hangzhou has been continuously enriched and improved in the chants of literati and inscriptions in the past, and poetry has given it rich cultural connotations.
CLOUD
从全龄人群出发，关怀全生命周期健康生活，建造可感知、可量化、可信任、可依赖的中海绿色健康住宅。
The project is located in the riverside district of Hangzhou. The whole landscape design is based on the concept of cloud, creating four parts: cloud service, cloud experience, cloud interaction and cloud perception. Space function is implemented with seven themes of welcome, gathering, music, movement, knowledge, leisure and elegance.Starting from the whole age group, we should care for the healthy life of the whole life cycle, and build a perceivable, quantifiable, trustworthy and reliable CNOOC green and healthy house.
园区以北侧入户门楼为核心，东西向发散延伸，体验式景观打造，长约288米，气势磅礴。
The park takes the north entrance gate as the core, extends from east to west, and creates an experiential landscape, which is about 288 meters long and magnificent.
简约低奢的前厅施以干挂高级石材，结合后庭潺潺流水和艺术装置与主体建筑遥相呼应，拉开花园式健康居住区的序幕。
The simple and low luxury front hall is decorated with high-grade stone, combined with the gurgling water in the back court and artistic installation, which echoes with the main building and opens the prelude of garden style healthy residential area.
园区亭台交错，结合名木、艺术雕塑打造园区中心景观，社区会客廊架将多个景观空间围合分布，既保证了功能的系统性，完整性，又使各场地之间相辅相成，融合便捷。
邻友“云聚”于此，亲近自然，促进健康邻里关系。
The park's pavilions are crisscrossed with famous trees and art sculptures to create the central landscape of the park. The community reception Gallery encloses and distributes multiple landscape spaces, which not only ensures the systematicness and integrity of functions, but also makes the sites complement each other and integrate conveniently.
Neighbors and friends gather here to get close to nature and promote healthy neighborhood relationship.
Every child has a dream of flying into the sky and overlooking the earth. The theme of the children's paradise is flight. The amusement plane, runway, rainbow railings and spring net play and interact with each other.
From the perspective of body perception and data perception, we hope that every child can travel in the cloud and reach out to catch the bright stars in the dream.
将艺术与自由带到云端的童梦剧场，为家庭与社区绘一副轻松愉快的理想画卷。
The children's dream theater, which brings art and freedom to the cloud, is an ideal picture for families and communities.
户外运动空间利用消防登高场地，美化社区的同时为人的健康服务。活力跑道贯穿园区景观环，体验诗意风景线，一日的美好，从清晨的阳光健跑开始。
Outdoor sports space uses fire climbing space to beautify the community and provide health services. The vitality track runs through the landscape ring of the park to experience the poetic scenery. The beauty of the day starts from the sunshine and healthy running in the early morning
随着健康理念深入人心，人们对健康生态社区的感知也在重新定义，社区内有利于健康的空间形态设计和设施的数量与可及性也会在促进健康生活方式方面发挥不同作用。
With the concept of health deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, people's perception of healthy ecological community is also being redefined. The design of healthy space form and the quantity and accessibility of facilities in the community will also play different roles in promoting healthy lifestyle.
以趣味的云形汀步为线索，在节奏多变的空间里，设置座凳，平台，雕塑等，营造闲庭信步休闲阅读思考空间。
With the interesting cloud shaped Ting step as the clue, in the space with changeable rhythm, we set up seats, platforms, sculptures, etc. to create a leisure reading and thinking space.
为营造都会中难得的森林质感，打造绿色健康住宅，景观规划采用了大量乔木树种分布在各个节点。丰富的植物乐园营造城市中的森林氧吧，构建家门口的自然世界。
In order to create a rare forest texture in the city and build a green and healthy residence, a large number of tree species are distributed in each node in the landscape planning. Rich plant paradise, create the forest oxygen bar in the city, and build the natural world at home.
西侧的迷你植物园，在装点生活的同时更给予孩子无限的自然探索乐趣，与自然同住，与自然同行。

每个单元的入户花园由贯通全园的景观步道连通，亦联结园区各个节点。
The entrance garden of each unit is connected by the landscape footpath through the whole park, and also connects the nodes of the park.
架空层空间赋予多个生活场景。家门口的健身房，为你的每日健康打卡；老人活动中心，闲棋品茗，茶话老友，让生活不再单调；四点半学堂，儿童小剧场，探寻孩子的兴趣和潜力，欢声笑语伴着童年一起长大。
The space of the overhead floor is endowed with multiple life scenes.
