文明史就是对河岸上人们生活的记录。

/ 项目概况 /

Project Overview

阅江府位于长沙市湘江新区的雅河之畔，拥有西邻洋湖生态公园、东通湘江的独特水景资源，设计师希望通过本案将绿意与水景引入场地，再塑曼妙的自然之境。

Yuejiang Mansion is located on the bank of the Ya River in the Xiangjiang New District of Changsha City. It has unique waterscape resources adjacent to the Yanghu Ecological Park in the west and Xiangjiang River in the east. Therefore, the designer hopes to introduce greenery and water features into the site through this project, and then reshape the graceful natural environment. .

/ 景观设计解析 /

Detailed Iandscape Design

• 源来—主入口空间

主入口作为小区的标志性建筑，采用具有昭示性的坡屋顶，让业主于此产生强烈的归属感。整体延展面纯净简洁，色调柔和，大挑檐的金属屋面，以现代的手法展现东方庭院的古典韵味。

The main entrance, as a landmark building of the community, adopts a clear sloping roof, which gives the owner a strong sense of belonging. The overall extension is pure and concise, with soft colors, and a large metal roof with overhanging eaves, presenting the oriental courtyard in a modern way. Classical flavor

穿过入口府门，进入场地，左侧是一泓如镜的水面，生长于白玉盘般种植池中的紫薇树，独木成景，摇曳生姿，如同漂浮于水面之上，右侧整齐的绿篱辅以精致的金属框，序列的引导着人们前行。

Go through the entrance gate and enter the site. On the left is a mirror-like water surface. The crape myrtle tree growing in a planting pond like a white jade plate is a single tree, swaying, as if floating on the water surface, on the right. The neat hedges are complemented by exquisite metal frames, which lead people forward in sequence.

转过入口廊架，林荫夹道的尽头是一面带着潺潺跌水的景墙，水声之下更显园中的静谧安详。

Turning to the entrance gallery, at the end of the boulevard is a scenery wall with gurgling water, and the quietness and serenity of the garden is even more evident under the sound of water.

• 水语—次入口空间

入口门府方正挺拔，两侧高墙庄严矗立，整体外界面采用统一的石材与金属条装饰，形象界面简洁统一。金属logo的镶嵌与格栅消防门的细节设计，使得入户形象简洁大方又不失精工细节。

The entrance gate is upright, with high walls standing solemnly on both sides. The overall exterior interface is decorated with uniform stone and metal strips, and the image interface is simple and unified. The inlaid metal logo and the detailed design of the grille fire door make the entrance image simple and generous without losing the fine details.

进入门楼，两侧是悠长而又幽静的绿意夹道，城市的喧嚣被阻隔于外，浓厚的归家礼序感油然而生。

Entering the gate tower, there are long and quiet green lanes on both sides, the hustle and bustle of the city is blocked out, and a strong sense of homecoming ritual emerges spontaneously.

尽头是一池波光粼粼的跌水水景，池上荷叶造型的雕塑在水面上优雅舒展，清脆的流水声如江涛轻拍河岸，清风吹来，舒爽怡人。

At the end is a pool of sparkling water drops, sculptures in the shape of lotus leaves on the pool are elegantly stretched on the water, the crisp sound of running water is like the river tapping the river bank, and the breeze is blowing, refreshing and pleasant.

• 烟波--草坪花园空间

转过隔墙，视野变得敞亮，绿树掩映着青葱的草地，目光所及之处皆是绿意。

轻盈的社区会客厅廊架与草坪有机结合在一起，在社区会客厅内小坐洽谈，听着水声淅淅沥沥，感受轻松诗意的惬意生活。

序列的层次植被围合出一个个静谧的林下艺术空间，小巧精致的林间廊架，宛如漂浮于绿洲之上的一叶小舟，在花香与鸟鸣，清风与绿荫中，创造一个乘凉、阅读、交谈，私享的林荫休闲空间。

The sequence of levels of vegetation encloses a quiet art space under the forest. The small and exquisite forest corridors are like a small boat floating on the oasis, creating a shelter in the fragrance of flowers and birds, the breeze and the green shade. , Reading, talking, private recreational space in the shade of trees.

在林间布置健身器械，打造集自然、运动、休闲为一身的轻运动场地，在树荫的富氧环境中锻炼，告别乏味和枯燥。

• 流川—健身步道

隐藏在竖向生长的自然林带下，一条如江水奔腾般碧蓝的健康跑道绕过社区，穿越交错的休闲花园，在自然显现的线性序列下，安静的活力被唤醒。

Hidden under the natural forest belt that grows vertically, a healthy blue track like a rushing river bypasses the community and traverses the staggered leisure gardens. Under the linear sequence of natural manifestations, quiet vitality is awakened.

• 阅江台--河畔观景花园

沿着水面而下，光线随着时间在空间中游走，相邻的深色跌水墙传来潺潺的水声仿佛在诉说着时间的故事

底层是玻璃幕墙掩映着的入口门楼会客厅，优雅的弧形道路与弧形水面穿插于空间中，外侧树木参差，水波涌动，内部疏影横斜，静谧舒适

On the ground floor is the entrance gatehouse living room hidden by the glass curtain wall. The elegant curved road and the curved water surface are interspersed in the space. The trees on the outside are jagged, the water waves are surging, and the shadows on the inside are slanted, quiet and comfortable.

沿着园路向前，一座木栈桥拾级而上，视角由仰视变成平视，触手可及的是枝叶细腻的触感，穿行于茂盛的林间，路程变得曼妙有趣。

Climbing up the stairs along the wooden trestle bridge, the perspective changes from looking up to looking up. What you can reach is the delicate touch of the branches and leaves. Walking through the lush forest, the journey becomes graceful and interesting.

社区临河一侧设置出挑的观景平台，极大的丰富视野，采用无遮拦的玻璃护栏，充分展现优美的河畔风光，将临河的地理优势最大化的发挥展现。

An overhanging viewing platform is set up on the side of the community near the river, which has a hugely enriched view. The use of unobstructed glass guardrails fully displays the beautiful riverside scenery and maximizes the geographical advantages of Linhe.

观景平台除了观景体验外，也可举办小型社区活动，在烟波浩渺的河面上感受生活的多姿多彩。

• 船说——儿童活动场地

以船之名述说江面的故事，以水韵的墨兰作为场地的主题色调，寻找儿童空间里的美学。

Tell the story of the river surface in the name of the boat, and use the watery molan as the theme color of the venue to find the aesthetics in the children's space.

△鸟瞰图

针对不同年龄段儿童的活动需求以及家长的看护需求，对场地进行空间的划分与功能的布置。让孩子们在奔跑、攀爬、滑行、躲藏中肆意挥洒美好的童年时光。

According to the activity needs of children of different ages and the care needs of parents, the space is divided and the function is arranged. Let the children run, climb, slide, and hide freely in their childhood.

• 入户花园与架空层

建筑架空层与入户花园一体化打造，消隐建筑的边界感。入户两侧的植物空间精心布置，使得居住富有诗意感，归家具有尊贵感。每个单元入户都设计有独特的对景雕塑，进出皆是风景。

The overhead floor of the building is integrated with the entrance garden, which hides the sense of boundary of the building. The plant spaces on both sides of the house are carefully arranged, which makes the residence full of poetry and the sense of nobleness when returning home. Each unit is designed with a unique scene-facing sculpture when entering the house, and the entrance and exit are all scenery.

△入户雕塑

架空层根据业主未来的活动需求设计对应的主题功能空间，色调上以温暖雅致的黄色作为主体色调，各个空间的细节始终围绕着居住本身展开。

The overhead floor is designed according to the owner’s future activity needs and the corresponding theme function space is designed, with warm and elegant yellow as the main hue, and the details of each space always surround the residence itself.
