宜兴 金科·氿璋 | 感知时间

项目位于江苏宜兴，山水相依，林湖密布，自古就有“阳羡山水甲江南”的美誉，千年文脉的底蕴，陶洞竹茶的特色，赋予了这座城市无限的诗情画意。本次金科·氿璋落子东氿2.0，中心地标板块之上，空间设计中糅合江南旖旎风光、陶艺人文气息、自然艺术之感，旨在打造金科华东区域首个落地的创新型艺术社区。

DESIGN IDEAS.博弈与坚持。

由于初期场地建筑空间布局的踌躇更改，我们面临着种种挑战，几经易稿，重新设定，与直线、曲线、折线的建筑变化打了一次持久的“设计战役”，景观设计上更是与场地、施工、工期，上演多轮持久的博弈与坚持。

康定斯基曾说：于外在而言，单独的点或线为构成要素，而于内在而言，构成项目灵魂的并非元素形态而是内在的精神张力。

因此在最终确定的首开示范区设计中，我们从BAUHAUS和风格派色彩美学的构成及线条应用的现代主义本源出发，围绕“感知 时间^”的空间主题理念，通过将理性几何体与感性色彩学碰撞融合，对经典作品立体解构，让时间的诗性于自由、平衡、统一、融合的空间流动中写意现实。
以游走的艺术肌理摆脱建筑的真实结构，使得建筑与景色、情绪相互关联，从视觉中脱离场地藩篱式语境延展出人的行为主义美学，构筑出一个能被感知的、有意识的、有生命力的现代美学艺境。

几何图形与光谱色彩拉开礼序门庭的艺术穿越百年的探索将时间的诗性无限放大BAUHAUS的几何是时代的风向亦是空间的导向非对称、不规则重构感官现代主义、艺术与技艺再塑认知从进入艺术之眼开始由“合”至“开”中，邂逅建筑的静穆让观者的情绪演绎豁然开朗的空间转折

镜水映楼台，天光共云影艺术之镜，打破传统镜面水景的设计手法采以随光变色的幻彩玻璃装饰，镶嵌四季流光虚实相生，倒影成双观水、观月、观心、观天地晨曦或是夕阳不再是空间的永恒见证者这一方水景，是无穷万象的衍生境树注视着人，人注视着水，水注视着天天注视着远方，远方群像丛生

转角步入艺术大堂，邂逅一场静谧美学的觉醒对话艺术装置的别出心裁感受“Queen of the sky”的旷达与闲适建筑空间从不限于被大众潮流所定义
从开放到包容，从坚固到柔软从原始到现代，从朴素到深邃水景、景墙曲折迂回架构起不同的意识形态借由“艺术立场”完成禅意的自由跨越对话自然，对话想象力的和鸣

乌桕林下，随风而至城市梦境的出口映着水景、触摸景墙空间释放出雕塑建筑形体的原始力量一路绿荫轻语，一路鸟鸣应和光影编织起艺术的音符在空间中游离或停驻一场艺术之美由此觉醒观者不再悬置于都市的喧嚣中而是与自然边界、浮光掠影和解身处其中，重新思考生活或热烈、或质朴、或松弛深厚记忆，在地新生

“花镜幽玄，绿意盎然，理绝尘嚣”在自然的画笔中偶遇心灵的乌托邦沿着花镜舒展而去对景样板房的立体简洁、艺术虬劲驻足与探索间感受天地的包容，远庭的缩影空灵、细腻的空间情绪到达顶点宣泄而出独特的意境魅力

一份宁静，一片“梦舞”一份情趣，一片“隐遁”花镜丛生，举目无极，美妙共生四季时趣，天然雕饰自然流动，宾至如归

历经时间淬炼，方显精工品质，感知“甄选与回归”
在园林景观的打造与建筑的设计中，我们经过了前期的品质管控阶段，秉承精益求精的匠人精神，不断探索求真最贴近人居理念的“真材实料”。材料封样、样板先行、花镜选苗，日夜兼程、层层甄选，只为契合场地精神，营造有温度恒久的生活场景；在节点过程管控及优化阶段，从铺装、弧形水景、涌泉设计到廊架的旋转角度、景墙的尺度比例，从规划、设计、选材，到现场施工，每一张图纸、每一块石材，都经过反复设计和精密推算，足见赤诚。
我们只希望打造的每一寸园境，都饱含着设计的美好初心，以现代的设计手法续写生活的艺术画意，与自然共情，与人居共见天成，让观者漫步于此，即能感受到这个首个落地的创新型艺术社区的“热忱”与“独运”。

In the construction of landscape and architectural design, we have gone through the early stage of quality control, adhering to the craftsmanship spirit of excellence, and constantly explore the "real material" closest to the concept of human settlement. Material sealing sample, sample first, flower mirror selection, day and night, layer by layer selection, only to fit the spirit of the site, to create a permanent temperature life scene; In the node process control and optimization stage, from pavement, arc waterscape, yongquan design to the rotation Angle of the gallery, the scale proportion of the landscape wall, from planning, design, material selection, to the site construction, every drawing, every stone, all through repeated design and precision calculation, which shows the sincerity.
We only hope to create every inch of the garden, full of beautiful original intention of design, with modern design techniques to continue the artistic painting of life, empathy with nature, with human settlement to see the sky, so that visitors walking here, you can feel the "enthusiasm" and "independent movement" of this first landing innovative art community.

艺术是抽象，自然是想象时间是意象，园景是具象
当人类有序的愿望与自然无序的必然性构筑起“时间”的内核如何以现代设计唤醒自然本真的艺术意识？
在这个项目中几何形式是具有自己规则的复杂对象颜色则是佐证空间的灵感配乐游走其中的“人本视角”才是空间的张力核心
我们希望这个创新型社区在遥远的将来可以从周边的环境中脱颖而出成为社区发展的艺术之引而艺术不仅可以追求永恒也可以追求被流逝、被追忆、被寻回、被唤醒最终与环境融为一体，在人们的心中回归
