历史与更新
- History and Renewal
肇建于1988年的沈海热电厂，是当时国家重点能源建设项目，也是沈阳市自建国以来投资最大的基建项目之一。提到沈海热电厂，沈阳人都不陌生，在沈阳东部为无数沈阳家庭带来温暖，这里留存了太多人的记忆。早已成了大东区的地标。
Built in 1988, Shenhai Thermal Power Plant was a key national energy construction project and one of the largest infrastructure projects invested in Shenyang since the founding of the People's Republic of China. Mention of Shenhai Thermal power Plant, Shenyang people are not unfamiliar, in the east of Shenyang for countless Shenyang families to bring warmth, here retained too many people's memory. It's already a big East Side landmark.

We hope to create a new way of life, to make the whole area of strong contrast refreshed. Pay attention to comfort, relaxation and vacation feeling, give a person a kind of space experience. Create extreme comfort, and every day back home is a vacation.
我们希望把以前工业时代的居所的温情感重塑进来，重塑有温情的邻里关系，增加互动，要有爱。通过使人幸福感的颜色和有疗愈感的植物，去影响人们的心理状态，使人感受如同被爱包围。
04-历史记忆的延续
The continuation of historical memory
利用工业时代质朴、有记忆感的材料：红砖（东贸库的主体材料）和重塑工业的金属感。营造一种对场地历史致敬的现代精奢工业记忆风格。这个项目绝不应该是和其他项目同质化的。它应该有属于它自己的DNA。
The use of rustic and memorable materials from the industrial era: red brick (the main material of The East Trade Warehouse) and the metal sense of reshaping industry. Create a modern luxury industrial memory style that pays tribute to the history of the site. This project should never be homogenized with other projects. It should have its own DNA.

- Forest Welcome array
Into residential one eye is extremely make people relax after the rebirth of the boulevard (considering the demand of winter in the north, a cloudless tree method, can guarantee the sun sun down), special water scene, build a soothing yingbin still or movable feeling, all designed to make the person can slow down, relax, makes the delicate and restrained the noble qualities.

With pure forest as the gift, 16 American red maples are used to create the unique maple forest space in Shenyang, isolating the restlessly and noisy outside world, and striving to create the sense of entrance and homecoming ceremony with simple form. The atmosphere of the whole static water with a featured fountain, in a friendly attitude to welcome visitors. The greening rate of the height completely changes the feeling of air pollution in the original site.
情景感，平静的线条，历史情怀感的砖墙，稳重的石材肌理及色调，细腻的金属细节及线条，刻画着景观独有的语言与特征，延展出绝对的品质归家体验。
Scene sense, calm lines, historical feeling of the brick wall, steady stone texture and tone, delicate metal details and lines, depicting the unique language and characteristics of the landscape, extending the absolute quality of home experience.
整个空间关系和外部的工业痕迹产生很好的呼应和延续的记忆关系。（外部的冷却塔会逐步拆除，使整个场地以后没有空气污染的担忧，对位是工业遗留的记忆和遗留的改造公共空间）。
The whole spatial relationship and the industrial traces outside produce a good echo and continuation of the memory relationship. (The external cooling tower will be gradually removed, so that the whole site will not worry about air pollution in the future, and the counterpoint is the memory left by the industry and the reconstruction of the public space).
精神力骨架与愛

现代人压力很大，我们希望营造出一种被“愛”的感觉和对于场地记忆的致敬。采用东贸库的框架体系，打造成一个延续东贸库DNA的精神力骨架。并在里面注入泛会所式的生活模式和人与人互动的可能性。
Modern people are under a lot of pressure, and we want to create a feeling of being "loved" and a tribute to the memory of the site. The frame system of Dongmao Library is adopted to build a spiritual framework of dongmao library DNA. And infuse it with a pan-club lifestyle and the possibility of human interaction.

白天，来往住户可以在这里驻足休憩、阅读远眺、商务社交，感受光影与时间在树影下的律动；夜晚，透着微微氛围光，惬意而温馨，一幕幕生活化的归家场景在这里上演。
During the day, residents coming and going can stay here for rest, reading, business and social intercourse, and feel the rhythm of light and time under the shadow of the tree. At night, with a slight atmosphere light, cozy and warm, scenes of life are staged here.
在舒适的午后暖阳下，从书架上拿本书临坐水边，品着字里行间的诗意，好似一幕浪漫的午后红茶悠闲时光。我们做的不是设计，是被“愛”包围的生活。
Under the warm sun in the comfortable afternoon, take a book from the bookshelf to sit by the water, tasting the poetry between the lines, like a scene of romantic afternoon tea leisure time. What we do is not design, but life surrounded by "love".
质朴的红砖与工业金属质感的搭配，不失精致又致敬这个场地过往的记忆，一种延续。（东贸库的保护建筑主体都是砖体）

朝南并研究入射角度，保证冬日阳光的晒进来。

林下流水镜庭
- The forest water mirror court
行至林下，忽闻清音袅袅，循声而入，绿意浓浓，极致的宁静之处潺潺水声，更显悦耳，可独自思索，可相伴观景……悠游天地，随心自在。
On the way to the forest, I suddenly heard the clear sound curling up in the wind, and then entered, the green is thick, the ultimate quiet gurgling water sound, more pleasing to the ear, can be thinking alone, can be accompanied by the scenery...... Leisurely travel heaven and earth, the heart at ease.
在这里，时光是变慢的，水瀑在特制的波纹砖上流淌，虚实之间，展现出极致舒适的空间体验。
Here, time slows down, and the waterfall flows on the specially made corrugated brick, presenting the ultimate comfortable space experience between the virtual and the real.

The height of the green volume and the full crown of the transplanted trees, is a sense of forest, which is what we hope to create a feeling of extremely comfortable green lung, to make the whole formerly industrial site completely positive rebirth.
森之八色
- The forest eight color
"Forest" is not just a simple green, color control and expectation is also the key point in our design to improve living comfort and happiness. Color can improve the person's feeling in the heart, also is the key that happiness builds.
通过有疗愈感的植物搭配，使人感受疗愈感，影响，改善人们的心理状态。同时起的社区里植物认知，科普的效应。
Through the combination of plants with a sense of healing, people can feel the sense of healing, influence and improve people's psychological state. At the same time, the community plant cognition, popular science effect.
我们营造一种随着四季变化的植物大色调，“森”的颜色随着四季气候不停变化，在全年中，大体能呈现出8种色彩绚丽的色度，带来每个季节的美景。
We create a big color of plants that changes with the four seasons. The color of "forest" changes with the climate of the four seasons. Planted all year round, the tree can present eight brilliant colors, bringing the beauty of each season.
对于这片有种厚重历史和记忆的场地，尊重场地，以场地自身的DNA，来重塑，来使之重生焕发出生机。我们尝试用更加质朴的材料和搭配去致敬之前的工业时代，延续场地过去的记忆和一些以前有温情的好的生活状态。
在这个场地时间维度的长河中，我们做的只是一个合适的现在，联系过去的好的历史和记忆并给未来一个更好的可能性。
For this site, which has a thick history and memory, we should respect the site and reshape it with its OWN DNA, so as to regenerate and revitalize it. We try to pay tribute to the previous industrial era with more rustic materials and collocation, continuing the past memory of the site and some of the previous warm and good living conditions.
In the long river of time dimension of the site, what we do is a proper present, connecting the good history and memory of the past and giving a better possibility for the future.
质朴红砖
- Plain red brick
担心红砖控制不好会带来粗糙的低质感。为了打造高品质的红砖景墙效果，我们几乎跑遍了上海所有的高品质红砖建筑，并对红砖的质感，尺寸比例、耐久性，砖缝粗细颜色进行比对。几经推敲才最终达到了精致的落地效果。
Worry about red brick control will bring rough low texture. In order to create high-quality red brick landscape wall effect, we almost went through all the high-quality red brick buildings in Shanghai, and compared the texture of red brick, size proportion, durability, thickness and color of brick seam. Finally, the delicate landing effect was achieved after several deliberations.
施工记录
- Construction records
A good project can not be completed without the full cooperation of party A and Party B as well as various specialties. Party A is very good! We are constantly making choices to overcome the challenges of site and craft. For example, the water pattern brick in the site and the red brick of the hollow landscape wall need to find the manufacturer to customize the burning model. The selected tree is adjusted several times, and finally it can be successfully presented. Craftsmanship is our minimum standard.
