景
项目坐落于杭州市拱墅区，紧邻美丽的江南运河，依托约建面约43万方城市地标综合体整体规划，项目可享建面约7万方的开放式商业街区及建面约2万方的“城市绿洲”。在前期开放的商业街区，我们以「多元的生活造就有趣的灵魂，而灵魂创造了有趣的生活故事。」链接场地精神，打造属于新生一代的新时代景观,这里也成为了各种有趣事件的发生地和新颖生活方式的聚集地，为理想人居环境开启了崭新的序幕。
The project is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, close to the beautiful Jiangnan Canal. Relying on the overall planning of an urban landmark complex with a construction area of about 430,000 square meters, the project can enjoy an open commercial block with a construction area of about 70,000 square meters and a construction area of about 20,000 square meters.

「创造与新生」，这两个词汇可以说是贯穿了整个项目的精随。整体项目为部分改造项目，在设计初探阶段，原先的场地原貌对于高楼层的視覺效果较为单一，也难激起住户的场地认同归属感。设置于中心的人防出入口对于视觉影响较大，场地的功能性也无法贴合新一代人群的户外景观功能需求。
"Creation and Rebirth", these two words can be said to be the essence of the whole project. The overall project is a partial renovation project. In the preliminary design stage, the original appearance of the site has a relatively simple visual effect on the high-rise floors, and it is difficult to arouse the residents' sense of belonging to the site.

规划结构上最重要的事情为拉通了城市介面与连动西侧商业，形成住宅、商业及城市绿洲的完整生活圈。对于城市角度，这是一座无限绿意的中央公园，而对于居住人群，这是能够真正拥有的生活之源。全区布局以一带、一环、三轴布局串连多功能节点。北侧商业活力带很好的向城市接口展示欢迎的形象，园区环路提供了全区核心功能区有效的连动，而三大轴线串连了南北及东西向的快速通行。
