#相地明城外·古堡畔

Outside the Ming Dynasty, by the ancient castle


△ 文化艺术中心与永昌堡隔河相望

基地位于温州市龙湾区,地处永强塘河南岸,与永昌堡隔河相望。永昌堡作为龙湾区历史文化的重地,设计通过构建城市情感的联动,来打造独属于温州地脉的城市文化记忆点。

The base is located in Longwan District, Wenzhou City, on the south bank of Yongqiangtang River, across the river from Yongchang Fort (Yongqiangtang River). As the historical and cultural center of Longwan District, Yongchang Fort is designed to create a memory point of Wenzhou's urban culture by building the linkage of urban emotions.


项目作为未来永昌堡文化艺术中心,是集合特色文旅、文化展览、商业服务等全方位于一体的综合展示区,景观设计需要平衡临时售楼中心与文化艺术中心之间的整体效果,核心景观结合建筑之势呼应温州江南山水城市格局,主体景观将作永久性保留。

Project for future fort yongchang culture and art center, is the text brigade collection characteristics, cultural exhibitions, business services, etc, in a body's comprehensive demonstration landscape design need to balance the temporary sales center and the overall effect between culture and art center, core landscape combined with the architecture of echo pattern of the shan-shui city of wenzhou, main body of landscape will be permanently retained.

考虑到景观设计语言与地缘的融合与取意,在设计初始我们便锚准景观的情境表达,思考如何打造一方永久性的“特色地标文化”?如何设计观者动线使得项目与古堡隔河对话,并致敬历史?如何在常规景观山水设计之外,以自然意趣与法则,重建当代新文人景观,再续江南园林新意?

Considering the integration of landscape design language and geography, we anchor the situational expression of the landscape at the beginning of the design, and consider how to create a permanent "characteristic landmark culture". How to design the viewer's movement so that the project talks with the castle across the river and pays tribute to the history? How to reconstruct the contemporary new literati landscape with natural interest and law in addition to the conventional landscape design, and renew the originality of jiangnan gardens?

寻山问水,共赴一场东方雅集,设计融合江南园林之柔,温州古堡遗迹之蕴,巧借屋山之势,融入高山峡谷,奇松怪石,瀑布流泉之景致,串联起”归去来兮、屋山望远、一角容膝、出入图画、万壑松涛、群贤雅集“之象外六景,营造高士访山之意境来传递温州江南山水城市的理念和江南文人雅士之风骨与格调,如画观法,诗意境见,重塑当代文人雅集之生活美学。

Looking for mountains and waters, go to an oriental gathering together, the design integrates the softness of Jiangnan gardens, the heritage of Wenzhou ancient castle ruins, and cleverly uses the potential of Wushan to integrate into mountains and valleys, strange pines and rocks, waterfalls and springs, all connected in series "Going home, looking far from the mountain, one corner of the knee, pictures of entering and leaving, Wanhe pines, and the gathering of sages" are six scenes outside the image, creating the artistic conception of Gao Shi's visit to the mountains to convey the concept of Wenzhou Jiangnan landscape city and Jiangnan literati The character and style, the picturesque view, the poetic conception, reshape the life aesthetics of contemporary literati elegant collections.

“归去来兮,田园将芜胡不归?”精致与粗犷辉映松影与石艺交织山林之气质,掩映之间,两个世界一转一折之际赋予独属于传统与现代之间的奇妙境界观者于有形、无形之间畅享疏与密、虚与实的归家体验浮华喧嚣,一门之隔亦可远离尘俗,漫步参众妙

空间巧借屋山之势勾勒出一幅观松、望远之诗意山水画卷踏栈桥,过深潭状如“屋脊”的台阶步道特有江南文化的形式呓语沿流泉飞瀑,拾级而上松与劲石带有形式批判主义之姿赋予空间蓬勃的生命力与内外呼吸的雅韵登屋山以望远生动且蕴含静穆

如画观法,仿若出入图画之境弧形景观廊桥、瀑布与屋山构绘而成“历史切片”的空间场域所谓“你站在桥上看风景,看风景的人在楼上看你, 明月装饰了你的窗子,你装饰了别人的梦”是画、是景、是梦、是醒

“盖遨游岩壑之下,徘徊溪水之间,听松风之幽籁,覩波流之潆洄”飞檐映趣、松岩叠瀑,交相辉映仿似一曲华美的乐章在山涧回响
