场地概况
PROJECT LOCATION
项目位于长沙国家新区湘江新区梅溪湖新城，距市中心10KM，地理优势突出，可远眺梅溪湖、岳麓山风景区，居于城市中央绿轴。
The project is located in Meixi Lake New Town, Xiangjiang New District, Changsha National New District, 10KM away from the city center, with outstanding geographical advantages, overlooking Meixi Lake and Yuelu Mountain scenic spot, located in the central green axis of the city.
项目地块位于梅溪湖一期核心位置，四周临道路，如何降低场地周边环境噪音干扰，营造舒适安静的宜居社区，是我们首要思考的问题。
The project plot is located in the core location of Meixi Lake Phase I, surrounded by roads. How to reduce the environmental noise interference around the site and create a comfortable and quiet livable community is our primary concern.

湖光迎宾
Main Entrance
160m超长迎宾主入口
尊贵大气的入口门楼、对称的仪式景墙与阵列的榉树树阵串联160m超长的礼仪中轴，使景观观赏与休闲乐趣并进，演绎回家生活舞台。
The dignified entrance gate, the symmetrical ceremony scene wall and the beech tree array are connected in a 160m long ceremonial axis, making landscape viewing and leisure fun go hand in hand, and interpreting the stage of home life.

进入小区内部，扑面而来的是榉树林荫夹道，和对称景墙穿插排布，营造出强烈的仪式感与序列感。
Entering the interior of the community, the beech tree-lined road and the symmetrical landscape wall are interspersed and arranged, creating a strong sense of ceremony and sequence.
行至尽头，无边界的流水营造出水景的漂浮感，将艺术雕塑托举而起，彰显社区的艺术生活氛围。
At the end of the walk, the borderless flowing water creates a floating sense of the water scene, lifting up the art sculpture and highlighting the artistic life atmosphere of the community.

背景墙采用玻璃砖，在清新高透的白色玻璃墙中穿插点缀磨砂白色的玻璃砖，演绎湖光水色的宁静与浪漫，使景观观赏与休闲乐趣并进。
The background wall is made of new material glass bricks, which are interspersed with frosted white glass bricks in the fresh and transparent white glass wall, deducing the tranquility and romance of lake and water color, making landscape viewing and leisure fun go hand in hand.

次入口采用对景景墙的形式，为居者打造进入社区时的第一形象对景。
The second entrance is also in the form of a landscape wall to create the first image for the residents when they enter the community.

复合型立体社区会客厅
以会客厅为中心，联动中央草坪与静谧花园，从社区邻里、生态自然、健康运动和植物美学等多维度提升居住体验，打造慢享时光的休闲社区。
With the living room as the center, the central lawn and the quiet garden are connected, and the living experience is enhanced from multiple aspects such as community, ecological nature, health sports and plant aesthetics, so as to create a leisure community that enjoys time slowly.

L型的多功能社区会客厅设置会客洽谈区、林下休息空间、共享餐吧等功能区，阳光草坪与组团植物共同营造的静谧休闲空间，便于邻里交流与家庭户外活动。
The L-shaped multi-functional community meeting room is equipped with meeting and negotiation area, rest space under the forest, sharing dining bar and other functional areas, and the quiet leisure space created by the sunshine lawn and the group of plants is convenient for neighborhood communication and family outdoor activities.

林下布置沙发椅、吧台桌椅、户外家具等基础设施，将度假休闲感传递进社区，让慢生活体验融入社区。

线性水景具有强烈的视线引导，强化场景纵深；优雅伸展，枝叶繁茂的乌桕林，形成一片生意盎然的水畔森林，令人褪去浮世的喧嚣与聒噪，放下一切，在自然中找寻片刻内心的平和。
The linear water feature has a strong line of sight guidance, strengthening the depth of the scene; The elegant stretch of leafy Chinese tallow forest forms a lively waterside forest, which makes people fade away the noise and noise of the floating world, put down everything, and find a moment of inner peace in nature.

“兕在湘水南。其状如牛，苍黑，一角。”——《山海经》
儿童场地植入上古神兽犀牛作为形象IP，主题器械搭配缤纷的色彩，打造兼具参与、看护、娱乐的500㎡复合功能场地，生动地描绘了一幅嬉戏水洼、丛林探险、树屋解密的犀牛冒险之旅。
The children's venue is implanted with the ancient god animal rhino as an image IP, and the theme equipment is combined with colorful colors to create a 500 square meters composite functional venue with participation, care and entertainment, vividly depicting a rhinoceros adventure with playful pools, jungle exploration and treehouse decryption.

湖绿花园
Relaxing Garden
林下放松休闲空间、长者花园
结合社区空间植入6大主题宅间花园，拓展休闲空间功能体验，提升社区形象。
In combination with the community space, six themed inter-house gardens are implanted to expand the functional experience of leisure space and enhance the community image.

采用乔木隔绝视线，围合花园空间，利用组团植物丰富下层空间，所见之处，绿意满园，纵享社区花园的惬意时光。
Trees are used to isolate the sight, enclose the garden space, and enrich the lower space with groups of plants. Where you can see, the green garden is full, and you can enjoy the pleasant time of the community garden.

为削减登高场地的不利影响，在场地设置阵列乔木搭配特色坐凳，营造林间休闲之趣味。
In order to reduce the adverse effects of the site, an array of trees with characteristic benches are set in the site to create the fun of leisure in the forest.

健康慢跑道
环绕社区的健康慢跑道，布置起跑加油站，穿梭于社区花园中，林荫夹道，空气清新，迎着朝阳呼吸着清新的晨间气息，开始一天的健康生活。
The healthy jogging track around the community, the starting gas station, shuttling in the community garden, the tree-lined road, the fresh air, breathing the fresh morning breath against the rising sun, and starting the healthy life of the day.

DESIGN PERORATION
长沙·阅溪府从人文、自然、生活多方面着手，通过景观营造的手法，试图为居者创造一处舒适的现代自然居所。虽身居浮华，仍心中自在，正是我们所追求的极致惬意的都市慢生活。
Changsha Yuexi Mansion starts from many aspects of humanity, nature and life, and tries to create a comfortable modern natural residence for the residents through landscape construction techniques. Although we live in vanity, we are still at ease in our hearts, which is the slow life we are pursuing.
