Your Guide For Coming Back to Hangzhou 

Shangcheng District

14 days quarantine for people coming back from Hubei Province, Wenzhou, Wenling, Taizhou, Huangyan. 

People who come from severely infected areas are advised not to return to Hangzhou in the near future.

Xiacheng District

All returnees from outside of Hangzhou will report to the community of their residence one hour after arriving at their destination.

People who come from severely infected areas are required 14 days quarantine at home. During the quarantine period, they are strictly forbidden to go out. 

In the leased apartment or hotel, if the epidemic situation occured due to improper management, the main responsibility shall be investigated according to law, and the rental business shall be suspended.

West Lake District

All returnees (including those who return after February 10) must report to the community by phone one day in advance before returning, and can only return with the consent of the community. Report to your community within an hour after returning, and implement the 14-day home quarantine.

Landlord should clearly inform the tenant do not return in the near future. In the leased apartment, if the epidemic situation occurred due to improper management, the main responsibility shall be investigated according to law, and the rental business will be suspended.

Jianggan District

Report to your community within an hour after returning. For the severely infected areas, the time of returning to be announced.

Landlord should clearly inform the tenant do not return in the near future. If there is any concealment or refusal to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work, the tenant (landlord) will be held accountable according to law.

Gongshu District

Report to your community within an hour after returning. 

Landlord should clearly inform the tenant do not return in the near future. If there is an epidemic situation in the leased apartment, the landlord will be held accountable according to law, and the lease business will be suspended.

Binjiang District

All returnees must report to the community by phone one day in advance before returning, and can only return with the consent of the community. Report to your community within an hour after returning, and implement the 14-day home quarantine.

People who come from severely infected areas are advised not to return to Hangzhou in the near future.

Those who fail to take the initiative to declare or refuse to accept temperature measurement and medical observation will be held accountable according to law.

Tenants who have signed a rental contract before CNY, who come from non-epidemic areas and have already arrived in Hangzhou, after sign the contract, tenants can stay in Binjiang Compound (滨江小区), and 14 days quarantine at home is required.

Landlord should clearly inform the tenant do not return in the near future. If there is an epidemic situation in the leased apartment, the landlord will be held accountable according to law, and the lease business will be suspended.

Yuhang District

Report to your community within an hour after returning,  and implement the 14-day home quarantine.

From January 25, anyone who comes to Yuhang (except for from Hangzhou)  must have a 14-day quarantine.

From February 4, all non-Hangzhou license plate vehicles and personnel who have entered Yuhang's checkpoints will be advised to return.

Landlord should clearly inform the tenant do not return in the near future. If there is any concealment or refusal to cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work, the landlord will be held accountable according to law, and the lease business will be suspended.

Xiaoshan District

Report to your community within an hour after returning. In the past 14 days, if you have travel history or contact history with people from these areas: Hubei Province, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Wenling, Huangyan, you should consciously implement 14-day quarantine at home.

Landlord should clearly inform the tenant do not return in the near future. If there is any concealment or refusal to cooperate with epidemic prevention and control work, the landlord will be held accountable according to law, and the lease business will be suspended.

Qiantang New District

14 days quarantine for people coming back from severely infected areas, or have close contact with confirmed patients, and people from outside the epidemic-stricken area will be required 7 days quarantine at home.

Enterprises, operators and landlord should clearly inform the tenant do not return in the near future. For the tenants who have already lived in the apartment, the landlord must assume supervision responsibilities, and report the situation of the leasing to the community and suspend the leasing business.

Fuyang District

All non-Hangzhou license plate vehicles or people with no residence history in Fuyang will be advised to return (except for vehicles and people who hold the special permits for epidemic prevention and control), and those who do not return will be quarantined for 14 days.

In the past 14 days, if you have travel history in the severely infected areas, you must report to your community within an hour after returning and consciously implement 14-day quarantine at home.

Those who fail to take the initiative to declare or refuse to accept temperature measurement and medical observation will be held accountable according to law.

For the tenants who have already lived in the apartment, the landlord must assume supervision responsibilities, and report the situation of the leasing to the community and suspend the leasing business.

Lin'an District

All enterprises should effectively assume the main responsibility, and advise all employees from the epidemic-stricken areas to postpone the return trip. After the resumption of work, the enterprise shall be fully responsible for implementing 14-day quarantine and establish a file to implement a daily reporting system. Enterprises with employees in severely epidemic areas will suspend work unconditionally until the epidemic is stable.

Checkpoints are set up highways and provincial highways to strictly implement a 24-hour inspection, all vehicles and people who come from the severely epidemic areas will be advised to return.

Landlord must immediately report to the town, street, and the community once found any people come from severely epidemic areas. Hotels, farmhouses, clubs, will no longer accept people other than Lin'an citizen.

Tonglu District

No other requirements have been made, please refer to Hangzhou notice.

IMPORTANT

At present, all villages, communities and compounds in Hangzhou have implemented locked down management. Based on the grasp of the dynamics of the epidemic situation, each community will have different regulations. Therefore, before returning to Hangzhou, please be sure to contact the community and property in advance. The tenant should contact the landlord as soon as possible to ask for the specific regulations of the community to avoid the situation of “no home to return”.

Today, Hangzhou government started to implement "green code, yellow code, and red code" three-colour dynamic management. People who want to come to Hangzhou can apply online by yourself. After passing the review, a color code will be generated.

What do these three-colour codes mean?

Green Code: Can enter Hangzhou by scan the code

Yellow Code:  Quarantine within 7 days, it will be converted to a green code after continuously applying for health check-in with 7 days and the result turns normal.

Red Code: Quarantine within 14 days, it will be converted to a green code after continuously applying for health check-in with 14 days and the result turns normal.

How to apply:

Open Alipay, search "杭州健康码", then fill in the info. If you are outside of Hangzhou, turn off your location to be able to apply.  

Nearly 6,000 Doctors and Nurses Arrived in Wuhan Within One Day

In February, a series of big moves took place in Wuhan:

The long-awaited Huoshenshan Hospital and Leishenshan Hospital officially opened for treatment. 

Fangcang Hospital was built overnight to isolate mild symptoms patients.

Within a day, more than 40 medical team flights and nearly 6,000 medical people arrived at Tianhe Airport. 

On the evening of February 3, Wuhan built three Fangcang Hospitals overnight specialized in treating mild symptoms patients, they are located in Hongshan Gymnasium (800 beds), Wuhan Living Room (2000 beds), Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center (1000 beds). Later, 8 Fangcang Hospitals in Hanyang, Jiang'an, Tongkou, Hongshan, Wuhan Development Zone, East Lake High-tech Zone, Jiangxia District, Huanghua District were built. Therefore, Wuhan has 11 Fangcang Hospitals, which can provide more than 10,000 beds.

So far, 121 medical teams and 16,000 medical people have been dispatched to support the epidemic prevention and control in Wuhan.
