Health Code is Required to Enter the Public Places

From now on, Hangzhou has enabled the "Hangzhou Health Code" to enter the community, restaurant, subway, bus, and other public places, you need to show your health code and have your temperature checked. Green code is ok to pass; but if you were found at a checkpoint feverish, your green code will become yellow or red, and you'll be quarantined or get medical intervention. 

The elderly, children, etc. without the mobile phone or Alipay who were not able to apply for health code, can pass normally by other valid documents.

What do these three-colour codes mean?

Green Code: Can enter Hangzhou and the public areas by showing the code.

Yellow Code:  Quarantine within 7 days, it will be converted to a green code after continuously applying for health check-in with 7 days and the result turns. normal.

Red Code: Quarantine within 14 days, it will be converted to a green code after continuously applying for health check-in with 14 days and the result turns normal.

How to Apply:

Open Alipay, search "杭州健康码", then fill in the info. If you are outside of Hangzhou, in your phone make sure you turn off your location to be able to apply.  

Once you got your health code, you can find it easier in Alipay without searching "杭州健康码", just click Pocket, there you can find your health code together with your Metro and Transport codes, etc... Present the code for the authentication when you take public transportation or go to scenic spots, shopping mall, restaurant, etc...

Wulin InTime Mall Has Reopened After 23 Days

Today, InTime has reopened their three malls, they are Wulin Square Branch, Culture Square Branch and Zhongda Branch, the business hours are from 10am to 8pm.

In Wulin InTime, only the main entrance on Yan'an Road is opened, the other exits are temporarily closed. If you want to enter the mall, you need to show your green code and take the temperature. There is also a free disinfectant on the table for customers to use.

More malls will be reopened this week. Guoda Shopping Mall is expected to open tomorrow from 11am - 6pm; Grand Canal Place (远洋乐堤港) will open on February 21 from 10am - 6pm; Kerry Center is expected to open tomorrow from 11am - 8pm and 50% of the restaurants in the mall will be opened for delivery or takeaway; Chengxi InTime and Binjiang Powerlong City will be reopened tomorrow, and Mixc Mall is expected to reopen this weekend.

These Scenic Spots Beside the West Lake Have Opened

From today, West Lake scenic area will slowly open the closed park and spots in order. The daily reception will not exceed 50% of the carrying capacity. Citizens are required to wear masks to visit under their real names.

Museums (including former residences, pavilions and buildings in the scenic area) and other indoor places will continue to be closed, and the opening time will be notified later on.

More Good News:

There is more good news about COVID-19, we are happy to share with you:

1. The discharge rate has reached 43.86%. 

2. The closed toll gates and exits have reopened.

3. The chain of foreign trade is gradually recovering. It involves factories, freight forwarders, logistics, ports, shipping, finance, international markets and other links. At present, there are still some blocking points in the aspects of card collecting transportation and international document circulation.

4. The courier delivery has been restored to the community.
