The last piece of concrete in the Xiaoshan Airport Station of Line 1 Phase III is being poured, and the site has finally capped. When will Xiaoshan Airport Station be officially opened? How long will it take to travel from each station to Xiaoshan Airport?

After the concrete pouring is completed, it means that the Xiaoshan Airport Station is capped, and mechanical and electrical decoration and track laying will be carried out later.

The third phase of Metro Line 1 starts at Xiasha Jiangbin Station, and then crosses the river and connects to Xiaoshan Airport. There are 5 stations with a total length of 11.2 kilometers, all of which are underground lines. The total length of Xiaoshan Airport Station is 535.5 meters, the standard section is 71.4 meters wide, and the widest section is 80 meters. It is currently the largest ultra-wide three-in-one single-unit metro station under construction in the country, and it is also the largest station of the third phase of Line 1.

After the completion of this station, the subway line 1, line 7, airport express and the airport passenger passage will be all connected. Together with Xiaoshan International Airport T3 and the newly built T4 terminal, it will be the Transportation Center of Xiaoshan International Airport.

From Exit A of the subway station, it takes about 4-5 minutes to walk to Terminal T3. There is a certain distance from Terminals T4 and T2, and a shuttle bus may be added in the future.

The third phase of Line 1 is undergoing shield tunneling and the installation of electromechanical equipment, which is planned to be completed by the end of 2020. After completion, the Metro Line 1 will connect Xiaoshan Airport, Hangzhou East Station, Hangzhou Station, Hangzhou Passenger Transportation Center and other transportation hubs to achieve seamless transfers of aviation, high-speed rail, and long-distance buses, and provides strong support for the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games. 

After completion, it takes about 45 minutes from Wulin Square Station to Xiaoshan Airport Station, and about 40 minutes from East Railway Station to Xiaoshan Airport Station.
