前言

今天来跟大家分享一下 EDX Mapping 的具体写法,希望对大家有所帮助!按照惯例,蓝色字体部分为模板。当然了,在实际应用的过程中,请不要直接套用模板,而应该掌握重述语意的能力,对句型进行改编。


1. 如何非常详细地描述 EDX Mapping 实验结果?

实例1:

The nanocrystals were also analysed using Scanning TEM (STEM) coupled with energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX) to confirm the composition of the bimetallic particles. An overlay of palladium and gold EDX maps is shown in Figure 1c (and Supporting Information, Figure S2), indicating a clear separation of the two elements and confirming the core–shell structure. The high‐angle annular dark‐field (HAADF) STEM image in Figure 1d also shows a clear contrast difference between the gold core and palladium shell. An EDX line from a single nanocrystal from the image in Figure 1 d is shown by a dotted blue line, with the resultant compositional profile shown in Figure 1 e; this compositional profile is consistent with a polyhedral core–shell particle, in which the gold count decreases from the center of the particle with respect to palladium.

实例2:

Figure 1f is a scanning TEM (STEM) image of a typical pentacle nanocrystal, on which elemental mapping analysis was induced. Figure 1g,h show STEM-energy dispersive X-ray (STEM-EDX) elemental mapping of Cu and Au, respectively. The full coverage of both Cu and Au reveals the alloy structure. The merged image (Fig. 1i) further approves the complete overlapping of two metal components.

实例3:

To further identify this platelike structure, we used a number of tools to analyze the nanostructures and characterize the element distribution in the nanostructures. In the compositional line scanning profiles obtained by HAADF‐STEM energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (HAADF‐STEM‐EDX) for an individual nanostructure (Figure 2 a), the boundary between the Au and Pd segments can be observed clearly. Elemental mapping of Au and Pd (Figure 2 b) also revealed that the nanostructures were composed of different segments.
