报告提纲

  • Experiments may settle the issue of whether many-body mobility edges can exist or not (size scales are much larger).

  • To that end, a careful preparation of different energy densities is fundamental.

  • Product states are still convenient but have associated to them Fair different energies which may lie above or below of  the predicted many-body mobility edge.

  • Our numerical results (talking into account finite-time issues and Finite size effects) suggest that many-body mobility edges can exist.


个人简介

Rubem Mondaini:

Assistant Professor, Simulation of Physical Systems, Beijing Computational Science Research Center.

Professional Employment:

Rubem Mondaini received his PhD (2012) under supervision of Prof. Thereza Paiva (UFRJ-Brazil) and moved to Penn State as a Post-doc (2012-2015) under supervision of Prof. Marcos Rigol. He also held a post-doc with Prof. Richard Scalettar (UC-Davis) during 2013. In 2016, he joined CSRC (Beijing) as a Research Assistant Professor.

Research Interests:

Equilibrium and out-of-equilibrium properties of strongly correlated many-body systems

Many-body localization

High-Temperature Superconductivity

Transport in low-dimensional superlattices

Interplay of magnetism and transport in interfaces


会议简介

This workshop will focus on recent advances in the field of quantum many-body computation, including Monte Carlo methods, renormalization group and tensor network methods, machine learning, etc. It aims to provide young researchers and graduate students with introductory and updated research information, promote exchange of ideas and in-depth discussions, and enhance the interactions of researchers working in relevant areas.
