报告摘要

With the rapid growth of thenext-generation lighting devices based on white light emitting diodes (W-LEDs), development of novel luminescent materials is in high demand to meet various purposes. Herein, we present our recent findings about the Ce³⁺ and Dy³⁺ doped Ca₃(P₁₋ₓBₓO₄)₂ phosphors that can be used for W-LEDs. These phosphors were prepared using a hight temperature solid-state reacion method. It is found that the crystal phase transition from b-Ca₃(PO₄)₂ to Ca₅(PO₄)₃(OH) gradually occurs with increasing the boron content in the phosphor compositions, which can provide various local environments for the doping ionsand consequently affect the luminescence properties. For Ce₃+/Dy₃+co-doped phosphors, the emission peak position of Ce³⁺ ions depends largely on the boron content. Furthermore, the CIE chromaticity coordinates ofthe phosphors could be tuned effectively by changing the boron content and the excitation wavelength. The as-developed phosphors have great potential as akind of single component white light emitting material for W-LEDs.

个人简介

朱超峰，齐鲁工业大学（山东省科学院）材料科学与工程学院教授，博士，硕士研究生导师，西部经济隆起带引进急需紧缺人才。主要从事光功能玻璃、荧光粉及量子点的研究；曾经在意大利国家能源、环境与新技术研究所、法国昂热大学、澳大利亚科廷理工大学、法国雷恩第一大学从事博士后/访问学者研究；曾在法国凯诺斯铝酸盐技术有限公司研发中心及上海旭电子玻璃有限公司从事研究开发工作；在Optics Letters, Journal of the American CeramicSociety, Journal of Luminescence等期刊发表40余篇学术论文，申请发明专利5项（已授权2项）；承担山东省自然科学基金及山东省高等学校科技计划等科研项目；作为主要参与者参加国家自然科学基金项目5项；获得2017年度山东省高等学校科学技术奖；指导学生参加第十五届“挑战杯”海尔山东省大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛，获得省级三等奖；担任教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心学位论文通讯评议专家，山东省科普专家人才库工程技术类专家；担任十二个国际学术期刊审稿人；多次在International Congress on Glass, International Conference on the Physics of Non-crystalline Solids等本学科权威学术会议做口头报告。
