报告摘要
Non-precious cobalt-based oxide nano-arrays with a doping of other metal ions have been reported as promising electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) of electrochemical water splitting. However, the influence of doped metal ions on their catalytic characteristic and inactivation mechanism for the OER at large current densities (>500 mA cm-2) are rarely studied. Here, carbon fiber paper (CFP) possesses three-dimensional (3D) macroporous structure, excellent electrical performance and high stability, which is employed as the substrate material. Homogeneous CoFe, CoNi, CoMn and CoCe oxide nano-arrays grown on CFP are successfully fabricated by using the facile methods of hydrothermal synthesis and thermal decomposition. The CoFe and CoNi oxide nano-array electrodes exhibits excellent electrocatalytic activity and stability for OER at large current densities in alkaline solution. This investigation of Co-based oxide nano-arrays for clectrochemical water splitting at large current densities provides a novel viewpoint for the design and fabrication of a new nanocomposite electrode.
个人简介
叶志国,博士,南昌航空大学材料科学与工程学院教授,硕士生导师。入选2017年江西省杰出青年人才资助计划和2015年南昌航空大学“青年英才开发计划”,兼任江西省热处理学会常务理事、秘书长, 江西省机械工程学会理事。研究方向为新能源材料与器件的制备与应用,已发表论文80余篇,获授权专利10余项,获2018年度中国腐蚀与防护学会科学技术奖一等奖(排名第1)1项。
