本期讲坛由同济大学李永奎教授主持，特别邀请Israel Institute of Technology Rafael Sacks教授、the University of Ljubljana  Žiga Turk教授和the University of Hong Kong Wilson W.S. Lu教授担任嘉宾，分别从Future intelligent BIM systems、Toward deep impacts of BIM on education、The latest BIM research directions: A perspective from a forthcoming book，做主题报告。

  李永奎，教授、博士生导师，同济大学复杂工程管理研究院副院长，智慧医院建设与运营管理研究中心主任。研究方向重大（复杂）工程管理、智能建造与智慧运维等，主持多项国家自然科学基金、国家社科基金以及省部级重大专项或重点项目。获2019年国际项目管理协会IPMA杰出研究贡献奖和多项省部级科技进步奖等奖项，在IJPM、PMJ、JME、IEEE EM、《管理世界》、《系统工程理论与实践》等国内外核心期刊发表论文60 余篇，著作(译著)、教材、行业标准指南等20余部（本）。《Engineering》青年通讯专家，《Frontiers of Engineering Management》、《Project Leadership and Society》、《Frontiers in Built Environment 》及《项目管理评论》等期刊编委。

嘉宾简介

  Rafael Sacks is a professor of Civil Engineering at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. His research focuses on Building Information Modeling (BIM), Lean Construction and the synergies between them. He is director of the National Building Research Institute at the Technion and head of the Virtual Construction Laboratory. Research projects in the Virtual Construction Lab include development of BIM-enabled lean production control systems, BIM technology and Digital Twin Construction (see CBIM and BIM2TWIN). He has authored 90 papers in international peer-reviewed journals, 105 conference papers, and numerous book chapters. He is the lead author of the "BIM Handbook", currently in its 3rd edition, and of "Building Lean, Building BIM: Changing Construction the Tidhar Way".

   Žiga Turk is a professor in Construction Informatics at the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. In addition to his academic career where he worked on design communication, computer integrated construction and internet science, he was twice a minister in the Government of Slovenia and Secretary General of the Felipe Gonzalez's Reflection Group on the Future of Europe.

  Research: His academic interests include construction information technology, computer integrated construction, building information management (BIM), internet, Web and grid computing, design communication and philosophy of conceptual modeling. He wrote several papers on these subjects. He was partner in many EU projects since the 4th EU framework and coordinated two multi million euro ones.

  Teaching: He held graduate and undergraduate courses in Ljubljana, Istanbul, Zagreb, Stockholm and in a pan-European study of eConstruction. In 2010 he received an award for top cited article 2006-2010 in the Advanced Engineering Informatics Journal. After being a founding co-editor of the Journal of Information Technology in Construction, from 2010-2012 he was editor-in-chief. Since 2016 he is associate editor of the journal Automation in Construction.

    Interdisciplinary: Recently his research activities include the trends and scenarios of future global developments, particularly the role of information technology and innovation in those trends. He also studies the broader societal impacts of information technology and is active in the topic of "internet science", "future of work", "democracy and technology" and "responsible research". He is an internationally recognized public speaker, columnist and lecturer on these subjects.

   Wilson Lu is a professor in the Department of Real Estate and Construction, Faculty of Architecture, the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He holds a BSc of Computer Science and an MSc of Construction Economics and Management. He was awarded his PhD by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HK PolyU). He has worked as a research fellow at the University of Reading, UK, from 2006 to 2008. 

   His research interests focus on Construction Management with two directions: 

· Construction informatics: Building Information Modelling (BIM), smart construction, and big data, and blockchain; 

·    Construction waste management: Management, economics, and public policies.

   Prof. Wilson Lu is the leader of research grants worth HK$40+ million from various prestigious funding regimes including Hong Kong Research Grant Council (RGC), Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC), The Government Policy Innovation and Co-Ordination Office (PICO), Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF), and National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).

   Prof. Wilson Lu is the author of more than 160 books, book chapters, and journal papers. He has a Google Citation > 8000 and H-index > 50. He has been ranked as one of the Top 1% Scholar by Clarivate Analytics since 2017. He was the receiver of HKU Outstanding Young Researcher Award 2014-15, HKU Faculty Knowledge Exchange (KE) award 2018-19, and HKU Faculty Research Output Prize (ROP) award 2018-19.

   Prof. Lu is the Director of iLab at HKU, which is an urban big data hub to facilitate multi-dimensional and multi-disciplinary urban big data collection, storage, analysis, and presentation to inform decision-making in urban development. Prof. Lu has been the Associate Dean (Research) of Faculty of Architecture (FoA) since March 2016. He is pledged to serve colleagues and assist the Dean of FoA with Scholarship (e.g., grant applications), Knowledge Exchange (KE), and other ad hoc businesses (e.g., Research Assessment Exercise 2020). Prof. Lu is the President of the Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management(CRIOCM).

学会智能制造系统工程专业委员会委员，自2020年起担任中国仿真学会智能仿真优化与调度专业委员会委员。2018年10月，荣获京东全球运筹优化挑战赛（城市物流运输车辆智能调度）总冠军。主持并完成多个企业项目，合作单位包括华为技术有限公司、顺丰速运有限公司、美的集团、蓝月亮有限公司和广州宝洁有限公司等。
