包裹。怎么看startup的offer，这个简直可以另开一贴了。我觉得总而言之这个没有什么绝对的标准，大家想必也听过不少那种觉得某家offer是低球，几年后回过来一看发现错过几个米的故事。毕竟每家公司前景不一样，很难用统一的数字来衡量，在给你0.04%的公司不一定最后到手时比给你0.1%的公司少。但是如果真的是很低那种我觉得还是要注意，一个是担心进去之后公司在升职加薪之类的地方继续骚操作，一个是担心如果默认都给低球包的话，未来队友质量不行。这个还是结合跟founders/head of eng聊天来看，看是只有hr在骚操作还是整个公司都是这种风气
