No more administration fee for raising dogs in SZ 在深养狗免交管理费

The revised Dogs Keeping Regulations in Shenzhen was officially enacted on 28th November last year, which indicates that dog owners will not be charged  300 RMB administrative fee for keeping dogs. However, dog registration is still required.

修订后的《深圳市养犬管理条例》在去年11月28日正式公布，在深圳养狗不用再交300元管理费，但仍要实行养犬登记。

Only a few steps are needed for dog registration online.

现在仅需几步即可办理养犬登记

Step 1: Follow the WeChat Official Account  “美丽深圳”. 微信关注“美丽深圳”公众号

Step 2: Click” 便民服务” on the right button 点击“便民服务”

Step 3: Click “养犬服务”  点击“养犬服务”

Step 4 : Click the first button “线上办理养犬证”. (The second button, “办证点地图”, can show you the locations for dog registration around you. You can click the third button “办理结果查询” to check your process once you submit the application. )

Materials for dog registration: 1. Electronic version of the dog owner’s ID card; 2. If the address of the dog owner is different from that in the ID card, residence certificate verified by the neighborhood committee or neighborhood committee is required. 3. Two photos needed (see the details in the next picture). 4. If more than one dog is kept in the same place, the applicant should get approval certificate from the neighborhood or owners committee. 5. If the dog is kept by an organisation, a reference by unit-employer and an electronic version of the transactor’s ID card are required.

    You can choose to claim on spot or have the certificate delivered (delivery fees applied).

After submitting the application, applicants will get an application number, which can be used to check the process.

提交成功后，系统将生成“受理编号”，在平台主页点击“办理结果查询”，输入“受理编号”即可查询办理结果。
